My husband and myself hired this company over 8 weeks ago, or so, we had to send for paperwork from SSD, and after receiving it we mailed ALL paperwork in, we were told they would mail it back, as I have no printer, well, they claimed we left out a firm, so I went and had it printed and filled it out again, and we have not heard nothing, I was moved to yet another person to handle it and she was supposed to call me yesterday, we we have not heard anything, the guy Nathen who originally signed us up, long behold his number is not in service, we were lied to, said they would be contacting IRS the week we signed up for help, well they did not contact IRS and now our bill is even higher, well will be going to the bank tomorrow morning to file Fraud, & try to get the 609 they’ve already taken out. I am totally upset, as we are POOR and can’t afford any of this let alone get scammed by Tax Defense as well, bad enough our wonderful government is scamming us! So we will be filing fraud against them in any way we can!! Totally unacceptable and disappointing to say the least! I do not recommend this company! Nothing but a run around!

Pamela Simmons was extrememly helpful thoruhg the entire process. As you can imagine, having to address tax debt is highly stressful and complicated. Pamela shared her own experience and gave so much hope to me when we first talked. I knew that there would be a light at the end of all of this because of her. Also, I found it very helpful that she explained each detail and gave the reasoning behind Tax Defense Networks process and the IRS process. Her explanation and care with answering all of my questions was extremely valuable to helping me stay clear headed. I am so grateful for your services and for Pamela!

Absolutely would not recommend these people, we have waited months for them to take our case before the irs and keep sending document after document and they keep asking for them over and over. Most of the time when you call you can't get ahold of anyone. I am very disappointed with the company.

Although my experience took a long time, once Maybertine began working on my account it was resolved quickly. Maybertine was professional and patient in answering my questions.

These people are professional scammers,good luck even getting someone on the phone after they set up your payments each month to them.You’re better off just trying to make a deal with the irs yourself because trust me it’s a waste of time and extra money to give away dealing with them.I usually don’t post much but I want to help someone not to throw away money.When you look at all the good reviews they’re written as soon as they sign up with them and within months they started posting negative reviews.Do not,I repeat DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately they don’t deserve even 1 start. They are the most pathetic team ever experienced. Took $10,000 pretending to have inside knowledge of IRS and just before the deadline the coordinator disappeared but they continue to collect monthly payments.
How they are now trying to negotiate with me I believe Trustpilot is a complete scam and cover for the companies stealing money from consumers.

The insult from the intake person who was so kind during the initial consultation became a beast I have all the text messages exchanged to prove it. Both solution and staffs aren’t up to the challenge they use your problems to enrich themselves. So be well aware that they are never going to communicate with you in writing so you don’t have any proof!

I fired these people and they kept taking my money all I want is a refund for all the money I paid. I called them and they said their supervisor would call me back . If these people have to get approval to get fired that is crazy just please give my money back im about to loose everything I own . I told you I could not wait on this money you took please refund my money

Mabertine, was very professional, informative, courteous, prompt on communication, she explained everything in order for me to understand & was willing & ready to answer each question I had. Although my case has reached it's final step, she assured that she would still be here for me (for the next 30 days).

I had a bit of a tax issue and didn’t know where to turn. I found the tax defense network and started working with Amanda Gilmore. From the start she was a no non sense get the information kinda person. But after spending a lot of time with back and forth emails she got me and my humor. Now, I’ve paid taxes for my whole life but many terms alluded me. She guided through making a P/L as well as a few other things. When I didn’t turn tho gs in quick enough she gave me an email nudge. All on all I’m pleased with my outcome and couldn’t have gotten there without Amanda.

Worst compy I have ever worked with they left me exposed after paying them do my taxes.
And now the irs has put a lean on the house won't the take my
Social security from me leaving Penny less.
