Hi Matthew, we're really sorry about this, it's not the experience we want anyone to have.
Your order was fulfilled on Monday which is within the 1 to 2 working day window for orders placed on a Friday evening. Unfortunately Evri have been slow processing parcels going to Northern Ireland and that's what's caused the delay on your end. Completely out of our hands but that doesn't make it any less frustrating when you've paid for a faster service.
We'll be refunding you in full which should arrive within 5 working days. You shouldn't be out of pocket for something that wasn't delivered as promised. No need to do anything, we'll sort it from our side.
