Taurus handles quote part really well and promise but when it comes to service and invoicing they are very poor. I imported my vehicles from New Zealand to Australia. The first vehicle was on time and second vehicle was delayed by a month. No one had courtesy to update on delays until you follow up with them. I am very frustrated on the additional charges they apply on cartage from Port Kembla. They charged me $300 for cartage and when the vehicle was cleared they saying charges is from Port Kembla their depot not to the delivery address. The delivery address given was Wollongong ( Distance 12Km). Poor communication and additional charges is frustrating when not communicated at the time of quote.

Everyone was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions.

Barbara is the best in the business to deal with hands down.

"I do respect the companies and individuals who do the follow up and try their best to improve their procedures and solve the issues. They contacted me and solved the issue".

The only advise I can give you guys is stay away from them. They didn't advise me all requirements before booking and once I paid deposit for booking they start asking for reports and documents and once I cancel the job they refuse to refund my deposit.

Gave the information when l need it and very friendly too deal with would highly recommend taurus

We made a great experience with Taurus while shipping our motorhome from Germany to New Zealand. Our agent was very serious and replied all our questions pretty quick. I wouldn’t recommend this company, you deal with different people throughout the process instead of one who knows you.
You receive conflicting information, and this can be very very frustrating. You get advised to wash your car before travel to try and avoid expensive Australian car washes, then you get pinged in Australia anyway where you can get charged a fortune. It’s been a very horrific and non repeatable process! Wouldn’t do it again ! In summary: you be the judge: a company you employ advises you to detail your vehicle , you pay to have this professionally detailed , then it doesn’t pass in Australia , New Zealand has way less creepy crawlies than Australia , whats the worst? As a company you shouldn’t offer this advice as it will fail anyway causing time and money frustrations AND it’s not just this issue as outlined in my review - wouldn’t use them again! To state it wasn’t clean enough is rubbish, it was completed by professionals in New Zealand.
Please also be careful and check with your local government vehicle compliance agency on what importing documents maybe required, then request from this company ,if they have these ,as they won’t be supplied if not requested ,leaving you high and dry at the agency requiring a rebook inspection with possible costs

The team at Taurus Logistics are helpful, solution focused and prompt communication. Made my import experience as painless and stress free as it could be despite the customs complications.

We used Taurus Logistic to move our car from NZ to Australia. It was the most disappointing and horrifying experience ever. If you are using the, I would highly suggest look for alternative.
When we started talking, most information was fluff. They never told vehicle deregistration requirement, shipping vessel alternatives, availability of shipping etc. We had to followup on everything personally and make plans as we go even after paying hefty sum.
Once the car was in AU. Their AU branch stuffed up shipping of car which took 3 weeks to ship from Kembla to Melbourne. The reason given was “there are delays” sorry.
DO NOT use these guys for any task.
