Definitely recommend Taurus. They were always responsive, directed me well and were transparent which seems rare in this industry (shipping). I believe theur pricing is very competitive too.

Sending a car is a daunting task which the Taurus made easy. Then on the otherside in Brisbane their introduction to get the car on the road.. registration etc were trustworthy and reasonably priced. Overall a great result.

Although the shipment was cancelled, the feedback and response from the company was open, honest and fast. - Thanks

I contacted Richard in regard to bringing my caravan from Australia in Sept 2023, everything fell into place the Caravan arrived in Lyttelton in November 2023 the Costs from Taurus were good but It became expensive due the Governments GST requirements. I have had the best experience bringing my car from Brisbane to Nelson, everything went like clockwork...as advised by their professional friendly team who guided me all the way.I would be recommending Taurus to anyone needing to bring there cars back to NZ.

Very responsive and helpful company. However, it wasn’t communicated up front that we’d be waiting over 3 months to get a vehicle from NZ to AUS, and lots of hidden costs e.g. converted quote to AUD from NZD at invoice date, vehicle had additional cleaning after its tiki tour around Japan which cost another $550…

Barbara who I have been dealing with has been nothing but excellent. Nothing is ever a problem and always there for me while I go through this new process of shipping my vehicle.

Went with this company as trust pilot gave them a rating well, says another for trust pilot assurance. I would advise anyone thinking of this business to transport their vehcile then think again and then think some more as they provided a quote and they have hidden costs which amount to 35% more than they quote so ignore their claim about not hidden costs, it's false they even tried to charge an extra 1100 dollars and when challenged they adjusted . I have transported numerous vehicles and didn't think in today's age numpties like Taurus existed but they do ,

I was originally told to get the car to Wellington nz for shipment. I found out after a long wait that the shipping line had put there boats in dry dock until next year.
So I had to move it to Auckland. I could have done that in the first place if told.

The team was prompt, gave a detailed quote (the cheapest of three), followed up and answered questions. In the end I decided not to ship my car but do highly recommend Taurus.

Very well-organized collection from 4 different places in Sweden, consolidated and safely packed for shipping, Customs Clearance went smoothly in Sydney

I engaged Taurus Logistics to bring my vehicle from Tullamore, Ireland to Geelong, Australia. The quote I requested was a door to door service. The vehicle was a non-runner and had to be picked up in Tullamore and delivered to Geelong. I was going to be in Ireland when the car was to be picked up. The first hint of trouble was when the shipping company sent me the address of where to deliver the car in Dublin. I told them they were to collect the car in Tullamore. Two days later, a phone call saying their truck was too big to drive down the road to our house and could I drive the car to Tullamore CBD. I explained to him it’s a non runner and needs to be picked up. They said they were not aware of that and they would come back the next day with a smaller truck, which they did.

Once the car reached Australia, I got an email from Taurus informing me my vehicle was ready for collection at a depot in Altona, and I had five days to collect it before storage would be charged. I told them the deal was for it to be delivered, and could I have a same day delivery notice. Two days later, the car was at my door, but I was at work, no notice. I spoke with the delivery driver, a lovely man, and he told me he usually charges $350 to Geelong CBD, I was billed $475 from Taurus.

To be fair to them, they got my vehicle here safely and with no damage, and were ok to deal with. However, there seemed to be little communication between companies and they needed a few prompts on what we agreed on. My total bill was more than $2000 over the original quote, a little disappointing.
Would I use them again? Maybe, but I’d get a few more quotes next time.

Great communication apart from the delay.
I was surprised that my UTE had heavy mud under the guards don't know if it was driven in a muddy area. The Ute was spotless when dropped off at the Auckland Depo.

There was extra costs from customs etc that I did not expect and there was some minor damage to the motorcycle. However, this was not Taurus responsibility. They kept me well informed of requirements. Craig
