Paolo did a very good job. When he arrived he got straight to work and unclogged all the drains and the main plumbing trap drain. See pictures attached. He unclogged both the kitchen sink and bathroom sink within 1.5 hours he was finished.

The taskers never showed up. Booked it to assemble IKEA furniture. Despite confirming the address they then went to a completely different town. I have been unable to rebook. Horrible! Never use it unless you want your furniture to never be booked. Horrible service from Taskrabbit and IKEA.

Practical for getting repairs done etc. I highly recommend.

I was really impressed with TaskRabbit Portugal! The team was warm, professional, and did an amazing job. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with great care. Communication was easy and friendly from start to finish.

I love that this service exists here in Portugal… you can order furniture from for example IKEA, choose the assembly option, and shortly after someone from TaskRabbit contacts you to schedule a time. Everything went smoothly and perfectly.

I am so impressed with this service. My taster was on time, professional, efficient and did an excellent job. I have truly struggled with services and this platform has solved a real problem for me in getting reliable technicians to do a job well.

Great! Luan came on time and had all the necessary equipment with him for the assembly, he was quick and even helped us move some furniture and took away all the boxes and rubbish, even though he didn't need to. Excellent service, would be highly recommend:) I am now enjoying my Malm drawer.

The Gentelman is very nice, trustworthy and works with attention to detail. However within the 5.5 hours he was here and charged us, barely any work was done. He then left, saying he needs to deal with personal things, leaving the work unfinished.

He did say that was because the work was a bit custom, we have had however plenty of experience with these types of services and normally this would have taken a skilled and FAST person 4-5 to complete, not to barely get started.

I would recommend working with him if you can agree for a total wage not hourly wage.

The actual job was done perfectly, 5 star for the person that did the work.

The payment of the invoice however was a huge surprise. I arranged the service on ikea.pt and paid in Euros. To my surprise, I got extra costs from the bank, because the invoice was sent from the UK. I find it unacceptable that I unknowingly pay in the UK for a service ordered in Portugal, done in Portugal, paid in Portugal with a Portuguese bank card. I will probably never use taskrabbit again because of this

They scheduled the assembly of an IKEA piece of furniture for today at 12:00 and then canceled only at 9:15 on the same day. A total lack of professionalism and consideration for the customer, as I had reorganized my work schedule to be available. I do not recommend. According to IKEA, they are allowed to cancel at any time within the 24 hours before the service — even just 5 minutes before. This makes the service extremely unreliable.

No one showed up TWICE to assemble our Ikea furniture, and it is still sitting on the floor of my house! Ridiculously terrible service!!! Very disappointed indeed!!! :(

Lucas was prompt (showed up EXACTLY on time), thorough, kind, thoughtful, and efficient. Best TR experience I've ever had. I'd totally recommend him to anyone.

Tasker "Jose J" was assigned to assemble a complex double wardrobe that was custom designed by me and my husband with IKEA. However, IKEA archived the design without including it in the delivery and we had no idea which components were supposed to go where. I figured I would have to hire Task Rabbit a 2nd time to have Jose come back the following week but he remained cool and unshakeable. He calmly helped to figure out where to place all of the components and completed assembly to perfection against all odds. Jose was on time, cleaned up afterwards, was professional and generously understanding considering unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend him.

However, I did find the Task Rabbit App cumbersome to use. There was a wrong email address associated with my account and I naturally did not know this. So I missed receiving messages from Task Rabbit as a result. That was discovered and got straightened out after three days of missed messages by using the Chat feature on the Task Rabbit App.

We cannot say enough good things about Jose J's demeanor, professionalism and expertise. Thank you sir!

Fast worker. Showed up late without letting me know which is why I took off one star.

Carlos couldn't have been more helpful. My delivery of the product he was to build was delayed. He agreed to wait to start the job until I confirmed it had arrived, which was arranged easily as direct communication is provided well in advance. He arrived with all tools that could possibly be required and completed the task quickly and cleanly. Couldn't recommend enough.

It would be better if the unpacked cartons could be recycled.

I needed some help to fix a new IKEA bed in my holiday home while renting it. I am living abroad and was afraid of inconveniences for the guests.

Marcia did a great job, even cleaning 🧹 the room after the furniture was fixed. She even helped with the dismantling of the old one. Thanks 🙏
