WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND…
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND UNPROFESSIONAL INSTALLER. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND
canceled less than 24hrs before appointments, offered a week later but I already had other people schedule to complete other work on the cabinets that afternoon. There is no phone number, live chat is only available during my sleeping hours, robot is useless. Sent 3 emails with no response. When asked installer question he disconnected communication. Cancel only allows you to reset date not just cancel. WILL NEVER USE OR RECOMMEND, ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Juan Manuel arrived on time and when IKEA messed up our delivery for a replacement for a damaged item he kept in constant touch and when the item finally got delivered after being let down twice by then he came back the same day and finished the assembly doing a perfect job
