Sofa Brissund was delivered the 3rd of July and assembly was booked to the 6th of July by Taskrabbit but cacelled, no explanation. They were coming the following day but arrived at the wrong time, New date by IKEA on the 14th of July but again cancelled and finally another date was arranged the 17th of July but nobody came. We therefore contacted a local person who did the assembly paid by me. If you need help with assembly use someone else.

Work hard to ensure the job was completed to my satisfaction
The person arrived on time to do the job and completed it well. There was an issue noted afterwards and the team came back and spent time to ensure it was completed correctly so I was very happy overall.

Worst customer service ever
The tasker appeared, 2 hours, he said it was all fixed. After when I checked it was still broken, and worst there was water all around the kitchen. But the worst... Task Rabbit policy in these cases. instead of asking proof of work to the tasker, they asked me proof that he was not there doing the job. don't recommend this becuase you might end up with a problem and you will have to pay anyways.
