It was easy to navigate the app to schedule 2 guys to move a heavy vanity. It had sinks and a quartz counter installed. They moved it from the garage to a bathroom and it cost around $130 which was very reasonable. We could have never done it ourselves.
I was a little skeptical because everything is done online but it worked flawlessly. I would use them again.

broken furniture and damaged walls...
I had a broken leg on a dresser and they scratched up my couch.Plus they damaged the walls in my old apartment that I had to touch up before I moved out. I had damaged furniture and will not use them again. It was expensive then I had damaged stuff to repair.

Dissatisfied Service
After having to reschedule my task request 3 times, I ended up canceling my request and had to make other arrangements to pick up my items. The issue was not resolved because while I understand that you can not manually assign a tasker there was no guarantee that after rescheduling someone will pick it up, even when the request was marked as urgent. This service is not consistent and a waste of time making a request, getting charged (hold fee that is the same amount as the total charge),rescheduling it numerous times and having to cancel and figure it out yourself and now wait for a refund (hold fee to be reversed). I am not satisfied

4 hours late, no correspondence
delivery that was scheduled for 2:30 p.m. at the latest arrived to my home at 6:00 p.m.
I had to correspond with the driver the entire time and check on him and it really threw off my day as well as the person who sold me the furniture. the drivers also accidentally arrived here even after it was clearly stated in the app as well as our correspondence that this was the final destination. It was very embarrassing and an incredibly long day. only allowing two stars because the furniture itself was not damaged...
