No response

Emailed several times (initially in German and also in English) regarding taking out a contract. No response whatsoever. I was initially motivated to use their service due to the almost exclusively good reviews on here. Now having read the only negative one, it would appear the company 'bribe' good reviews. Have since written to alternative providers, received helpful, prompt responses and taken out a contract elsewhere.
Cannot comment on Tarifhaus' service if you are an actual customer, but ignoring prospective customers is certainly not a good start. Could not recommend.
