I am very disappointed with this app

I am very disappointed with this app. A payment was deducted from my card without my permission or any clear authorization from me. I did not agree to this charge, and this has caused me inconvenience and concern.

I am in the process of filing a fraud complaint regarding this unauthorized transaction. I respectfully request the Color and Draw team to refund my payment as soon as possible and to ensure this does not happen to other users.
