I contacted TapJoy. They answered in a timely manner.
I provided proof of requirements being met.
Within a short amount of time, missing rewards were given. I was grateful.
This is how it should be…contact, questions asked, answered, proofs provided, rewards given.

I have always had a great experience working with TapJoy. They are always delightful to deal with their very honest and if you're having any trouble getting a problem solved like a missing reward or anything just listen very specifically to their directions because I took forever to get this taken care of and it was just me not paying attention that I needed to give them less information and more what they were just asking for so keep it simple and they will get it done they always come through and if you are owed you will get what you wrote guaranteed you just got to show them specifically that they owe you for or what's missing and just that screenshots only from the apps no modifications no markups or nothing just screenshots of the place it's missing or the item you're looking for the milestone that you finished that hasn't been counted trust me they're definitely going to do their best I clear up your problem just like they have mine thank you top Joy always a pleasure
