Well known Manufacturer Product at a great price
Needed replacement taps for our ageing ones in Utility Room. Good idea of what we wanted, but research showed what a plethora of shapes sizes and fixings were around. Difficult choice made much easier on this site, which shows all the types, and most importantly, the all important dimensions. At a very competitive price, and with a very quick delivery, we are very pleased with this supplier.

Brilliant, outstanding service!
Ordered some new hooks for our shower curtain because the old ones had got brittle over the years and had broken. Now the bathroom and shower area looks restored and just like new!
The hooks arrived really quickly and I would certainly use this company again.

Very good products and service
Lovely new Bath arrived on the day I expected. Although when I called in the morning they said it would be a day late, so lucky I was home.
Very helpful delivery driver said he will ask another driver to collect the pallete when passing buy.
My only gripe is that I don't recall being prompted to buy a dedicated waste. As a major DIY person and not a professional plumber I would prefer to be told which waste to buy with the bath. In the end I got one from screwfix on the day the bath arrived.
As item is cheap one would expect some drawbacks. It has a wooden frame underneath the rim which is a bit loose at one point, but I can easily epoxy that before I fit it. (The old bath had a sturdy metal frame all the way around).
Also, the instructions could be a bit clearer. The leg braces were not symmetrical so I was unsure which way around to fit them. Although I think (hope) I guessed right. Was also a bit unsure of which model bath it was (to check the dimensions of where to fit the leg braces). The model number matched to 2 rows in the table in the instructions - where one measurement was different. Again, I think I guessed right.
