A good selection of basins & pedestals from Tapoutlet.co.uk and backed up by a good delivery service via UPS gave us exactly what we wanted and when we wanted it. We will definately use the service again if we need anything from their range.

I had some questions that customer service couldn't answer as the technical guys had gone home so they phoned me back with the answers next morning just like they said they would.
I haven't had that happen in a long time , well done

I phoned up and ordered a pump on a friday asking for it to be delivered Monday, they said this was not possible, but if I paid £9.00 it would definatly be delivered tuesday by 10.00am, I told them this was very important as the house had the water turned off due the old pump leaking and a new tentant moving in on the tuesday. It wasn't delivered! When I phoned up they said it was still at there warehouse!!! They then sent it out for next day which I then received. Basically I lost 2 mornings work and had a very unhappy customer..Will not use again.

Very good website which sells a lot of things that I would love to buy - but I cannot! I live in France and apparently tapoutlet.co.uk only sells to the Brits in Britain. This true of their web sales and telephone sales. In fact telephone sales just said NO. No justification or anything explanation.
A big pity as I could also pay with a UK card......
No more sales to me or my friends over here.

Ordered a countertop sink on the Saturday - in stock and with me for the Tuesday with no extra charges - great service.

Great company to deal with! Had a issue with some damaged in transit and was dealt with within 24 hours. Looking forward to ordering with them again.

The items were delivered one at a time and I was not informed of the delivery dates, which was inconvenient. The picture of the bath showed it with a plug and overflow, but these were not included. I think they should make this clear and offer compatible parts when ordering. They suggested the supports, but not the plug.

All articles arrived in good condition but I would have preferred to be warned about the staggered delivery. Luckily my plumbers were not waiting for them or it could have been very awkward.

Item was easy to order and was delivered as promised, and the price including postage was very competitive. Can confidently recommend.

We shopped around a bit knowing knowing roughly what we wanted. Tap Outlet had an easy to use website and the lowest prices. The taps were as good quality as we hoped and arrived quickly. Perfect all round.

On ordering my tap on line l did not receive a confirmation email. At the time of placing the order l noted that the estimated time for delivery was 3-5 working days, on the 6th working l rang as l had heard no news. I was told over the phone that the tap l had ordered was not avalible until May 22nd, the date l was ringing on was Monday 11th March. I did state to the lady on the phone it would have been nice to have been informed of this information rather than having to get in touch myself, and she agreed.

Detail description on website ensured that I could make an informed choice. The tap was despatched promptly and arrived wihin a few days of the order being placed. And it was just what I wanted - at a very competitive price!
