good in the end

Ordered belfast sink and waste two weeks before I needed it,after a week no dispatch confirmation so contacted on phone to be told the sink was out of stock and not due for another month.changed order to similar item and was with me in four days.my only gripe is that I was not informed of the first item being out of stock,when order was changed everything was fab.

Quick Easy Helpfull

Would definitely use again , Even though the first item ordered wasnt right it was sorted immediately and was delivered within one week , very impreesed

"Plumbing the Depths?"

After a rather disasterous start when we were sent a completely wrong tap, 'tapoutlet' got their act together and corrected the mistake efficiently and painlessly. So well done to their customer service department. We now have a functioning bath tap. Bliss

Would probably use again but ......

Although the after service was good the website would not allow us to enter our card details and we had to phone the order through. The items arrived in good time but, unfortunately we had ordered 1 item incorrectly (our fault). When I tried to order the correct item, again the website would not allow me to enter card details. This was out of hours so I did not phone. The next day I found the item cheaper on an alternative website and there was no charge for delivery!

Acceptable

It was easy to order the product online however I didn't get response back to inform me on delivery I had to email. However the delivery of product was quick I would say the other issue is the response back from emails is poor and trying to organise a return of product and information you get is poor as I had phone to organise the return and didn't say that you had to organise ur own postage it just said that you need to put the label on the box so I have organised own courier however the overal cost of delivery I shall not be ordering any bathroom equipment online as its not worth it when you include delivery costs and returning item.

Great prices and great service

First of all, I have saved over £45 as many other online shops sell this item - an Ideal Standard Purity toilet seat - for about £120. That was enough to put a smile on my face ... a big one! The delivery was within the timescales provided and the goods (genuine Ideal Standard) arrived in a neat and secure packaging. I can hardly recommend the service and will use Tapoutlet again.
