Sink I bought has cracked, just by running water in it from the hot tap. 2 emails and no reply. Next stop Trading Standards.

I received the tap late, it arrived with an issue. Sent several emails no reply. I called them this morning to be informed the 'TapDIY' no longer exist. I was given an email to contact, sent an email - and gmail tell me email address can't be found. You have been warned! Yet I can still buy another tap from the company if I want - website is still up and running!

Don't answer emails. Trying to claim on warranty for faulty goods but get no response. Avoid.

Bought two taps back in May 2022, both with a 5 year warranty. Terrible quality, one constantly drips the other actually fell apart. Trying to get a refund off this bunch of cowboys is a joke. They ignore calls, emails. DO NOT buy from them.

Tap faulty after five months of use (last one lasted nearly ten years) and they never reply to emails or calls - terrible company.

Ordered a sink on 28/08/2022. Item not delivered, no response to my emails, live chat or Instagram messages

I ordered a sink on the the 14th September. On the 16th I got an e-mail saying it was on the way. One week later on the 23rd nothing had arrived. There is no phone number to contact this company which is definitely a red flag. I e-mailed their support team who replied to say they would look into it. Another week later and despite multiple chases I've had no further contact from Tap DIY. I have now opened a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back, have to buy an alternative sink and our project is delayed.

Awful company to deal with.
This company are a scam.
After several weeks of trying to communicate with them, I finally received an email stating that a refund would reach my account within 10 days...
20 days later and nothing! They have now stopped communicating.
I ordered 2 x composite sinks.
On the day of fitting one of the sinks was faulty.
Having tried to contact the company on 5 occasions I am still waiting to receive a response.
As the fitters were only booked for one week we have been forced to purchase replacements locally (hence now paid twice)
I am stuck with 2 x sinks (faulty) with no way of arranging collection.
The sinks were not great quality and were little better than low-quality plastic.
You get what you pay for!

The tap which i wanted was out of stock but Tap DIY customer support suggested an alternative for me which i really appreciate. It looks stunning and came to me very quickly.

Very pleased with the overall service, prices are just brilliant and delivery was super quick.
Even got a message letting me know exactly when my tap was being delivered so I wasn't waiting.

I ordered a Burlington kitchen tap from Tapdiy. It broke within a month. They seemingly have no phone number. I sent them an email with a picture of the broken tap (which they specifically request on their website rather than send back immediately). The first email was 21/05 which they ignored. I sent a chaser email a week ago and still nothing. Trading standards next stop.

Ordered a sink at the beginning of May which arrived totally misshapen probably because it was thrown over our 2 metre high metal gates. I have repeatedly tried to email and talk on their apparent live chat.
They are ignoring me and all contact over a £130 sink. Disgusting customer service. I’ve asked for a refund and they are continuing to ignore my emails. You can’t actually speak to anyone and they ignore their live chat . DO NOT order from this company unless you want DAMAGED ITEMS and no customer service. Their money back policy is a complete JOKE as they just ignore you .
