Customer support is terrible. They have a phone number but all the options are automatic response to write an email. When you write an email they don't response.

They will take your money and leave you on the streets
I have booked via Tantosvago - first of all, it is a booking.com property, Tantosvago just takes your money on top for literally nothing - their integration does not work as they wrote 5 people in the report, but booking clearly says 2. They did not even provide host contact details - which is basic. The apartment was terrible and unsafe to stay, I wrote to them asking for help and they did not even respond to my requests the same day - tomorrow they told they contacted someone - problem not solved. I am still having to pay for another place, vacation is ruined and after two days they did nothing to resolve my problem. They are just parasites which take your money and leave you on the streets. I will contact customer protection representatives to see what I can do against this scam company.
