The staff are very helpful and patient, and are willing to take their time to make sure all your concerns are answered they go out of their way to keep it touch and keep you updated to make sure your don't feel ignored you feel very safe investing your money with them

Very good value for money and a very safe bank. I am very pleased with the increase in value of my gold bank account with Tally, has been around a 20% increase in 18 months.

Locked out of my account, no help from Tally

Locked out of my account. Submitted new documents as requested. Docs rejected but no info as to why. Docs resubmitted, got a repeat reply asking for the info which I had already submitted. Have sent several more emails requesting help, these are now being ignored and now getting no response from TallyMoney.
Havnt been able to access my account for almost two months now and getting no response.
*********In response to your reply here. I have emailed you on several occasions with all the info you requested. I have also emailed on several other occasions since. But zero response from you. I think I am the one who has been left hanging. And still locked out of my account. What possible reason would I have not to respond when I cannot access my account without your assistance.

Utterly abysmal customer service

Utterly abysmal customer service. So glad I don't have money in that I am having an issue with. They can't even respond to messages and emails resending my ID.

Given this experience I would say avoid like the plague and invest in gold with a reputable dealer.

Blocked from accessing the account on the device.

Can't have access to my app account for months. First, because the app stopped working and update not working on my phone; then, I finally managed to get the updated version of the app, but it wouldn't recognise my device, so it prevents me from logging in. Emails not being responded to; no phone number to contact them either... how do I get back to seeing my account after over 4 months of waiting? At this point, I can say the experience has been totally negative, and don't recommend it, at least on the technical side of it.

Not good

Not good. I added money and the value immediately decreased. I am aware the market goes up and down but that is not what you advertise. If you advertise something as going up 25% then it needs to do that.

Hi Dan, thank you for opening a TallyMoney Account. The value of the tally you hold in your TallyMoney account is directly linked to the price of gold, and as such the value (in GBP) does fluctuate, as you've correctly pointed out in your review. We take care to point this out in all of our communications. However, gold has increased in value (on average) by 10% year on year since 2000. There have been even larger increases in the shorter term however we do not advertise a fixed capital uplift and have never advertised a 25% return anywhere.

Given you've referred to an immediate decrease, this may be due to the costs involved with making a deposit into your account. As you are exchanging from one currency (GBP) to another (tally) there is a flat fx rate of 0.99% as well as a 0.5% gold handling fee. These costs would have been accepted by you when you signed up for your account. The gold market is traditionally opaque on charges, with many hidden fees and costs which change according to the quantity and timing of gold purchase/sale etc. We have revolutionised that by having a clear, simple and low fee structure.

The good news is that you buy gold with TallyMoney at the global wholesale price of physical gold for ALL of your deposits, getting the best rate with no minimum amount or minimum quantities and the only place in the world where you hold and spend your gold at the live market spot price (AND with unlimited free payments and free ATM withdrawals too!).

We hope you continue with your TallyMoney account as we really believe that this is the best way to protect the long term value of your money. Having met some of the senior…

Having met some of the senior management in person incl the CEO I was convinced of the work they're doing as it also aligned with my values. I never thought such a firm existed but was pleasantly surprised when I found out. I had to be on the waiting list prior to opening an account but it was understandable. I'm quite pleased with the account so far and their client relations are very good!

I have had an excellent experience with TallyMoney. After facing major issues with my current bank, including having my account frozen, I decided to invest more in Tally Money—and I couldn’t be happier. Knowing that my money is backed by tangible gold, (gold is reaching an all time high at the moment) rather than traditional currency backed by fresh air, this gives me great peace of mind. If anything unforeseen happens, I am reassured in the terms and conditions that I can receive my full investment back (minus administration fees), which makes it a no-brainer for me especially under these economic uncertainties.

The Tally Money team has been incredibly helpful and supportive from the moment I set up my account. Whenever I’ve encountered any issues, they’ve addressed them immediately, and efficiently. The personal attention and care they provide is refreshing, especially compared to other banking services where you feel like just another number. Tally Money’s personal service truly stands out in today’s economic climate, and I highly recommend them!

You can use your Tally card just like a bank debit card, you pay your fees upfront and an activation fee, and you can use your card anywhere in the world and won’t be charged again.

Best account ever

Best account ever, small fees to run account (but a decent bank account like Monzo is £5 per month) Best thing is it’s not associated to fiat currency (and we all know the demise that is coming on that one)

So open an account asap and invest in Gold and your account will go up/down but overall up

I use this instead of 7% at RBS this is how much I belive in my Tally Gold account.
