Tallow & Ash has great products and the customer service is kind and efficient.

I discovered Tallow and ash and their amazing washing products the smells are lovely and last. Recently I had an order that when arrived one bottle had leaked in the box, I emailed Tallow and ash and immediately they replied and offered to sort out the problem.Very happy customer. Looking forward to receiving some samples to discover new fragrance.

Firstly I'd like to say a huge thank you to the member of staff who replied to my message on fb @9 30pm last night...
Security the customer service is dfinitely a 💯 above and beyond.
Finally I had my delivery yesterday, and sadly there was more in the box than the bottle, I explained this with pictures attached, that the liquid had more fun out of the bottle rather than inside.
The box absorbed it very well and smelt amazing. It reminds me of my dad, who passed away 9 yrs ago on the 30th June 2017,it made me cry and smile.
The member of staff said a new bottle will be with me asap.
Most companies wouldn't bother, but T&A good above and beyond in customer service, the matter was resolved by about 10.34pm.
I advised the agent to clock off as it was late, and everyone needs their beauty sleep.
I am just truly greatful for not only the dedication but also for the super fast way of handling the situation .
I am now passing my appreciation back to them, thank you for helping me and for helping me to remember my dad's smell, as I miss him very much.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart I will be ordering more Sental and date night soon.

Amazing Customer Service.
I Messaged T+A on Monday Morning to say my Stain Pen Refills had Leaked before I had the Chance to use them and they Sent me Replacement Refills that arrived Today.

I love to support homegrown businesses, Tallow & Ash have always gone above & beyond to help me with any queries I may have had, customer service is second to none, their ethos is the same....& the products, well they are the best out there in my opinion, if you have thought about buying any product....do it!....you won't regret it....10/10

I love tallow + ash! They're fragrances are amazing. The customer service is even better though! The courier lost my parcel and this company send out a replacement straight away. Definitely will be purchasing from Tallow + Ash again!

A lot of reviews mention leaking packaging but still give 5* - i tried the starter set and one of the bottles leaked in transit and the other had a damaged pouring funnel. Customer services were great but I can’t be bothered using flimsy products so have cancelled. I’d also flag that you need double the amount of product as other brands so definitely not good value

Great customer service resolving an issue I had with a damaged refill during transit, was replaced quickly free of charge, super comms, couldn't fault them at all - oh and the stain removing pen works a treat!

We tried Tallow+Ash following social media advertising and love the products. Might be more pricey than the main brands, but so much nicer aroma and we like the way everything washes.

I just wish they would ditch Evri as a courier as they are useless and never leave the products in the right place. Our last order was 'lost' (make of that what you will) and the replacement order arrived damaged and leaking despite Tallow+Ash clearly having provided proper packaging. It looked like it had been dropped from a reasonable height on its edge and no liquid container is going to survive that.

Customer service at Tallow+Ash is great, it’s very rare to find a company/supplier who take pride in looking after their customers. My order got damaged with Evri, not Tallows fault at all however they acted quickly and got me a new order sent out straight away without the Evri Return to them. Dealing with them has been a breeze and I’m so excited to use their products. I will definitely be a returning customer as I love nothing more then helping business grow who genuinely deserve it!

Items arrived on Monday damaged, tallow + ash stated they've sent a replacement yet it was never dispatched as evri stated.
I don't like dishonesty from a company so I won't purchase again as can't be trusted.
To be honest the stain pen doesn't work, the high maintenance doesn't work and although pistachio is a strong scent it doesn't seem to really clean your clothes plus they dry stiff. Had allergic reaction to icing on the cake so I'll stick to fairy at least you can smell it on your clothes and not getting reactions from it and clothes are actually getting washed.

Ugh. I wanted to love this brand so much! They took several weeks for me to get my product. Then to my surprise the scents were actually horrible, but I tried to give them a chance. I tested the fabric spray scents each once in our house hold( date night, odyssey, & duvet). They all smelled so strong and cheap that my husband actually begged me to throw them away. I reached out to customer service to see if they could return but they said because the products were used they couldn’t do anything. Such a bummer. They should have sample sizes for the fabric sprays like they do the laundry conditioner because it would have saved me a ton of money. Anyways proceed with caution. So expensive to take a chance on if you like the smell or not. 😢

Although my order arrived leaking, the girls in customer service had a replacement arranged within an hour of my complaint- even though my original message was after 6pm. Truly exceptional service. I have no qualms in recommending T&A

Not only does this company have a variety of great quality products on offer which I highly recommend! They have an amazing customer service team which dealt with my query promptly & efficiently as possible. Its great & peace of mind to know they care about there customers. Well done guys.

In my experience, I wouldn’t recommend spending the money on Tallow + Ash when there are other laundry brands available in supermarkets that leave clothes smelling much nicer for a fraction of the price. I purchased a laundry duo from them and was disappointed to find that it left virtually no scent on my clothes, despite following the instructions provided. I personally feel the product didn’t live up to the expectations created by the marketing, especially given the premium price point. Unfortunately, I was also disappointed with the customer service I received, which added to my frustration with the overall experience. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t purchase from this brand again.

My package got delivered all leaking and most of the product was gone. I emailed customer services and got a reply straight away. Thea sorted out a replacement in no time. Amazing service thank you!
