Slow business
Slow business. After placing my order for a book it took them 12 days to ship it out from their warehouse. Never received notification about delays or apology. Will not be shopping here again.

Looking at the order which you are referring too, that is simply not true.
The order did indeed take 1 more day than expected to deliver, and stated on our webpage.
You can always follow your order on your order page, where estimated time of delivery is clearly shown.
Edit:
You ordered the book on May 1st.
As stated on the website, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 WORKING days.
We shipped your order on May 11th - 7 working days later.
According to postal tracking, you received the package the following day, on May 12.
