A waste of money
posted a job position just before Christmas, that they assured me was a good time. They advised that for the position I was advertising for, that the sites they advertised on would be good. I also stated that applicants needed to be living in the UK. 90% of applicants do not live in the UK, and 95% have no experience/connection to the position i am advertising for

Hi Rob,
We are sorry to hear about your experience with Talent Finder. I have had a look at your account and confirm that its around 25% which are out of the UK, which is higher than usual. The problem being is some job boards are better than others at filtering out these candidates. Overall applicants that have applied for you role is 39, which is not bad. Also during the holiday period you do notice on occasion a higher number of applicants out of of the UK. To an extent, as part of the process involves advertising on 3rd party sites, we are unable to control who actually applies. However you can quite quickly flag these as unsuitable using the ATS provided. We also offer managed services where one of our team will filter these out.
