My first experience with Talentfinder. Jamie was a fantastic point of contact and helped me secure a job. Extremely helpful and great with communication.

First time we have used Talentfinder, we finally got our placement settled after 4-5 months of looking for a difficult/niche role within our business. Jamie was finally assigned to our account for the last 6 weeks and he was good with communication and placed a candidate with us, and so far so good.

THE MOST APPALING GROUP OF ONLINE HARRASSERS IN THE RECRUITMENT INDUSTRY. THEY NEVER EVER EVER EVER STOP EMAILING AND CALLLING YOU. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES YOU 'UNSUBSCRIBE' THEY CALL AND EMAIL CONSTANTLY . HAD USED THEM IN THE LAST AND THE MOMENY WAS A COMPLETE WASTE. NEVER GOT A RETURN FOR OUR INVESTMENT INTO THEIR CLEARLY DISORGANISED BUSINESS.

We have used Talent Finder several times over the last few years to recruit new engineering staff and have been very pleased with the results in every case. Excellent value for money.

Talent Finder is a vey good service, especially Lisa Jackson who delt with me and help me to get a Job interview.

We received an excellent service from Saeeda @Talent Finder she kept us updated with all the candidate enquiries and we also managed to secure a suitable candidate through there service

Lisa was great, kept updated on the processes with good comminution via calls and emails with a quick scheduled interview and trail day, Brilliant service all round.

Only one half solid refferal and one who pulled out. Irrespective, no communication for 6 weeks either way for further advice or even to say hello. £1,500 not best spent on my part. Lesson learnt.

We paid £2600 to Talent finder to fill 2 job vacancies, we were advised they recently had a campaign for a similar role and had up to 20 candidates available for an interview. Once payment was made and the campaign started we had to chase Talent finder for updates , it has been12 weeks since the start of the campaign and we have received 3 CV’s none of which were from our industry. Not happy with the service level, candidate numbers or suitability, we would not recommend Talent Finder.

From the moment I submitted my job application, Lisa was exceptional. She immediately highlighted how well-suited I was for the role and pointed out that being local was an added bonus. She arranged the interview at a time that worked best for me—an evening slot—which made the process even more convenient.

Lisa went above and beyond to ensure I was prepared, sending helpful documents for interview prep and checking in with me the very next day to see how it went. When I was offered the position, she called me promptly to share the good news, supported me through salary negotiations, and even followed up with the company when I didn’t receive my confirmation email due to a technical error.

Lisa was proactive, professional, and genuinely supportive throughout. Her dedication made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t have asked for better support—she truly was amazing from start to finish!

Stop spamming everyones email with your services, with multiple follow ups and no option to unsubscribe. This is highly unprofessional.

She shared with me a great interview guide for candidates which was a great resource for reference in preparing for the interview.

Emma at talent finder was excellent and helped us find 2 candidates for 2 different roles in our company. We told her from the outset our requirements and timelines, and she worked hard to find us what we wanted. She saved us a lot of time, filtered out the wrong candidates and presented us with the right ones. Worth every penny, and will definitely be contacting her again for any future positions!

Was advised by Emma at Talentfinder that I had been shortlisted for a job and asked to apply directly. After spending time doing this I then found out the vacancy had closed over a week ago! Complete waste of time.
