Ordered 2 dresses because I wasn’t sure which would suit me better having come across Tahlira in an email from Stylist. Kept the Zara midi dress in deep grey and am returning the other only because the colour didn’t work as well for me.
The dress is lovely and great value. It’s well made and fits well. I was a bit concerned it might look and feel a bit cheap but it doesn’t and I had lots of compliments about my ‘glamorous’ dress at the party to which I wore it. I’m a size 14 and the large fitted me well. The dress was delivered as promised and I liked the fact that the company uses Royal Mail so I didn’t have to worry about couriers leaving the package on the door mat. I’ve just arranged the return of the other dress which seems simple and straightforward though there currently is no free return option. However, the dress was not expensive and I believe it’s a small business so I wouldn’t necessarily expect a free returns service.
I will definitely be buying from Tahlira again.

Don't understand why or how bever tried dress on and you have found a mark on waist????I want a full refund to my payment purchase. Also I still can't understand why I thought I was purchasing through Zara?

Unfortunately when your return parcel was being processed a stain was found on the waist, we ask for items to be in good conditions when returned back to us. We cleaned the item at no cost to you but asked for your patience while we managed to process this properly. Once this was done successfully your refund was processed on 25/02, you have received a notification of this. I ordered a beautiful red satin dress
I ordered a beautiful red satin dress. It arrived promptly well packaged. Sadly it was too small so I had to return it. Once I had confirmation of my return, the refund was issued instantly. Very efficient. Just wish the dress could have fitted me.

5 stars for the Fast delivery (UK) and very responsive customer service. But Unfortunately the rating downgrades to 3 as the item I received was faulty and of poor quality… but for 30£ I was ok with the quality (the dress itself was gorgeous and fit me perfectly). I still had to return it for the faults… and pay for the return (this should be free).
