no longer shipping abroad, and not replying to email
edit 21-Feb 2024 : Hi Adam... things did get sorted, and I got my order sent to my friend in the UK... however, the opportunity to exploit the situation was too good to pass up... I paid the fellow for the on-shipping costs, and then I got none of the x2 sized order sent to me... without shipping internationally again, i cannot risk losing almost $200 in e-juice. If yall ever start shipping my way again, please let me know.

Seems this company is dead in the water... no longer ships abroad, got a UK mate willing to reship, age verification needs completing AGAIN, this year though, getting no reply trying to do so. Website support gets no reply;

You continually keep running out of…
You continually keep running out of stock. Your reliability has been somewhat diminished, since the company changed hands. Your products are very good. 5 Stars for that. As to if one can buy those products, when one wants. Well, that has become a bit hit and miss.

but never in big bottles but 30 ml is fine
we have the form half written out but racing starts here so i been using the weekends for my 5 bikes i have

T-Juice service not good at the moment
£50 order disappeared! Missed the message on the website saying dispatches were delayed by a few days. Okay, I can live with a dispatch 3 days later than expected, but that was over a week ago and still no delivery. Evri (Hermes) stopped sending me messages 4 days ago when they failed to deliver for the 2nd time. Customer services promised to get it sorted, but nothing further from them or the courier. Really not a satisfactory service and if nothing by next Tuesday (3 weeks after order) I'll be asking Paypal for a refund.

Good shop let down by choice of courier
Decent concentrate, the only tobacco flavour that actually resembles a smoking cigarette. It came with Evri though, and they're useless around here. Only got notification it was out for delivery 5 minutes before it was delivered. I don't know why firms still use them for delivery, they're well known as unreliable couriers that lose, steal, and leave parcels in an unsecure/unsafe place. There are much better couriers out there and Evri will only get better if they start losing big contracts. I've no problems with T-Juice, I would have given them five stars if it wasn't for their choice of delivery company
