Synergy Dental Clinics Reviews 

I’ve been at the dentist on Thurston Road all my life and since it has changed hands to synergy I’ve had less than good experiences. My appointments are rarely on time. In the 38 years of going to a dentist I’ve needed one filling and wisdom teeth removed, after an appointment with synergy it was stated I needed 4 fillings in one go. It was recommended that these should be done privately at £200 a filling. I may be cynical but this didn’t seem right to me.
A referral was put through for my daughter 2 years ago we’re still waiting… when asked about it I get told I need to ring the hospital to chase it up or we could do something through the private sector.
Every conversation seems to end with the phrase ‘we could do privately’.

I have now left the dentist as I cannot be bothered with the money grabbing culture of it all.

Oh and Sylvia is no longer there.

After a few months of healing following my Implant surgery I now have my new permanent teeth and I couldn't be happier. I feel very lucky to have found Synergy and my Dentist Karim as now my teeth look so natural and nice.

They best ever

Came here for a full upper arch and some composite bonding in my lower teeth, the whole process from the start has been amazing, the staff are super helpful and Imran who did my implants has been great and has dealt with any issues straight away and i would highly recommend using these if you want any work done

I called in to make an emergency appointment as I had lost a part of my filling and I was going abroad 3 days later. The receptionist was really helpful and gave me an appointment for the following day. I saw Jay, who fixed my filling in minutes and was really lovely too. Outstanding service. Thank you.

I spoke to Kim today and explained the issues I was having with my teeth. Although I'm not a patient of this practice she was so helpful. She passed my details on to her colleague, Lisa who was excellent. Both ladies listened, expressed empathy and were so considerate and kind. Just such lovely people. They really tried their best to help me and have now booked me in for a visit to one of their dentists. I couldn't ask for better care. Thank you.

the dentist went above and beyond had 5 teeth out and was the best tooth extraction ive ever had under the circumstances never felt a thing and im a very nervous person with dentists

I had iv sedation for a molar tooth removal . I was nervous beforehand but I had the lovely dental assistant talk through everything with me and the dentist was amazing . I don’t even remember the tooth coming out . Overall best experience

I couldn’t thank synergy staff enough, I was so apprehensive at first but after my consultation I was so happy everything. I have been really stressed but ujalah the dentist went through each step with me and fully explained exactly what I needed. The reception team went through all the finance and booking with me and set everything up, I highly recommend getting booked in for a consultation atleast as you won’t be disappointed. All the staff were so welcoming and friendly even though I didnt have to wait long for my appointment staff members were updating me which is so nice as a new patient. It made me have faith to go through with the plan in place from my consultation. Highly recommend
