I really enjoy ordering from this website. The shipping is very fast and the products are of the highest quality. Since I started using Sybotanica products, my plants finally look beautiful, as if they have been given a second life 🩷

Recently I was also pleasantly surprised by a gift I received from the company 🙂 I highly recommend it 😊

I ordered several types of self watering pots to experiment and find out in which one my plants, especially alocasia's, will do fine. I hope all the pots do meet my expectations. I will soon order again, it's a nice webshop with good prices, promotions and free surprises! And a very up to date shop with great products for all plants! I ordered some types of soil before and I recommend these too.

They’re very affordable. Plus the soil bundles are great!! Would def buy from them again and would recommend.

I just don’t like that they ship with DPD, lol.

I placed an online order with this company, and the order confirmation clearly listed a “Mystery Gift” with a quantity of 1 as part of the order contents.

The item was not delivered.

Instead, the company unilaterally issued a €5 gift card and later stated that the gift card constitutes the Mystery Gift. I explicitly informed them in writing that I do not agree to this replacement and requested delivery of the originally confirmed item.

Despite my clear refusal, the company maintained that the voucher fulfils the contract and subsequently stopped responding to my emails.

There is a clear discrepancy between the confirmed order content and the company’s actual performance.

As the matter remained unresolved, I have submitted a formal complaint to the Dutch consumer authority (ACM) in order to protect my consumer rights.

I recommend future customers carefully review order confirmations and keep written communication records.

I placed an order, but unfortunately something seemed to go wrong with the shipping. So I contacted customer service, and they handled the situation amazingly well. They took care of everything quickly and resolved the issue very quickly.
The item I ordered arrived in perfect condition, and I’m very happy with it. I can highly recommend the sphagnum moss – great quality and my plants grow great in it.

I liked the variety of soils offered. They explain what kind of plants need which type of soil. Also, a great feature of uploading the plants photo and getting the name of the plant and type of soil suitable for the same.

I bought this soil for my plants and I’m honestly very happy with it. The quality is excellent it’s light, well-draining, and rich. My plants adapted very quickly and started looking healthier within days.
I noticed stronger leaves, better growth, and overall they seem much happier. The soil has a good texture and doesn’t stay overly wet, which is very important for root health.
I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good quality soil. Great product!

I would like to thank you for both the product and your advertising on social media. I purchased the fertilizer for my plants as spring is approaching, and I’m really looking forward to using it.

However, I would like to point out an issue with the delivery. The courier delivered my package to a location 30 minutes away from my address. I decided to collect it myself because I was eager to use the product, but unfortunately I cannot guarantee that I would be able to do the same next time.

I kindly ask you to report this matter to the courier company to help prevent similar situations in the future.
