Excellent service and very good prices.
I’ve recently treated myself to a new pair of binoculars for birdwatching primarily and after seeing the excellent reviews and very good prices I decided to go with South West Optics. A lot of sellers are camera shops that happen to sell some binoculars so it was great to buy from a company that know they’re stuff. Ps my bins came very promptly by the PO and were very well packed. I would certainly recommend SWO and would buy from them in the future.

Phone advice needed, great response.
Called the shop, but was still on the answer phone, emailed them and they came straight back apologising, so called them when I could, we had joke about the mess up... 😁
I wanted to purchase a new set of binoculars and received great advice.
I ordered online as advised and input the Black Friday code they as recommend for an extra discount.
Great service, totally helpful and fast free delivery as the order was over £100.. Can not recommend highly enough...

Excellent website, presales and products
The SWO website is clear and easy to use with great prices Leofoto products. The online customer service chat was very helpful and made this retailer stand out. The tripod was delivered swiftly and is excellent, I highly recommend this vendor and will definitely be using them again.
