Poor customer service
Poor customer service. Very little empathy with the rep I talked to "Daniel" they had an issue with their verification and kept telling me it was an issue on my end when after trying for 40 minutes he tells "we fixed it try again" never admitted it was an issue on their end, never apologized for the wasted time, little to no empathy, overall poor customer service.
