Regarding your situation, we would like to clarify that at Switchere.com, refunds are initiated instantly on our side once a transaction is rejected. However, the actual time it takes for the funds to appear in your bank account depends entirely on your bank's internal processing systems. While most transactions are cleared within 1 to 72 business hours, some banking institutions can take up to 14 business days to complete the credit.

Depending on the selected token and blockchain network, both network fees and service provider fees can take up a significant portion of the total amount, especially with small transactions like $10. These fees are not hidden and are shown before the transaction is confirmed.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for any inconvenience caused. Your transaction (invoice PB25035096394TX2) was flagged by our anti‑fraud department for additional verification. As part of our security procedures, we contacted you to provide some information so we could release the payment, but we did not receive a response within 24 hours.

Because of this, the transaction was rejected, and the reserved amount was voided on our side. You should see the funds released by your bank. If you have any further questions or still do not see the reversal, please contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
