Sounds great but could be too good to be true

The price that I have been offered online is more the half the cost of my current supplier…
I am dubious as to whether it’s correct but have opted for a switch as it’s an offer I cannot afford to miss!

Not equipped to deal with my request.....

Asked for physical gas and Elecricity readings which I couldn't supply as neither had them. Am on a smart meter with Octopus, so not a good start to switching.....

I'm sorry you've not been able to use the site as you'd hoped. There's no need to provide physical readings as the site initially presents the option to estimate usage based on the size of your property and then offers users the chance to provide actual readings or expenditure if they prefer.

Not a good or reassuring start so far

Not a good or reassuring start so far. First time buyer. Came across these guys offering Rebel Energy as the supplier. Looks to be a good deal, but when I tried to contacts switch-it about some questions I had (like when the direct debit will start etc) it says that the message is blocked "your message to switch-it.co.uk has been blocked. There appears to be no chat bot or contact telephone number on the website. This now looks like a scam. I demand someone from switch-it get in contact with me within the next 24hrs to discuss the matter or I will be speaking with the necessary authorities about how they are conducting their business as this is unacceptable.

since i filled the switch it form, this is the only comms i have received. i am unsure whether my connection is being take over or not, no emails, msgs or calls yet you asking to rate the experience, is a surprise.
