Extremely disappointing service.

Once again, it was impossible to place a bet on the Grand National at Aintree, one of the biggest events of the year. This seems to happen every single year, with no visible effort to fix the issue.

In Switzerland, we are already restricted by regulations and cannot freely use international betting platforms. That makes your service essential. Yet, at the exact moment it is most needed, it becomes either unavailable or unusable.

For such a predictable annual event, this is completely unacceptable. It shows a serious lack of preparation and consideration for customers.

Very frustrating experience. Seriously reconsidering using this service in the future.

The Swisslos / Suisse Lotto promo to win a VW ID Buzz after buying CHF 15 in tickets, but no winner was ever announced. It feels like a sales campaign without any proof the prize was awarded. Disappointed by the lack of transparency.

The site is simply poorly organized, the amount of bets available is a joke compared to competitors like bet365, the platform is poorly structured, you can't have more than one session at a time, the uploads and deposits work fine, the worst thing besides the scarcity of betting possibilities is that it is in no way possible to close LIVE bets, you only have the poor possibility to bet live, however withdraw no, if you are not Swiss and therefore can do without, absolutely do not use this.
