Joined last year impressed with the games until I lost a small amount of 4kchf. I had an email from their risk and fraud team demanding I show payslips/ bank statements and a credit certificate. They then proceeded to ban me across all ch and li casinos. I offered to provide the payslips and credit certificate but they refused to accept these as they wanted the right to check my bank statements. I have never experienced this and have had many different casinos with a variety of losses and wins. This is by far the smallest loss and yet the most problematic. Do not under any circumstances use this casino. They have no right to demand such documents when full KYC and proof of income ( not needed usually) has been provided / offered.
Amazing team. They were always prompt at helping me out even though I am just a sporadic player. The interaction couldn't have gone better.
