Very efficient service from Adrian (I hope that I have the name correct!!!). The only failing was that it took a few tries to get through on the phone...but afterall it is click and collect so not a normal business operation.
I haven't picked my order up yet but will do that soon...and report back again.

Product not fit for purpose
Helpful staff, but I had to return to drop off a faulty product. Would have been better if product and advice were correct at first visit.
I bought 20l hydronic acid and a tap and fitting to help pour the acid into a smaller vessel. While the sales person appeared to try the fitting at the shop' when I tried to attach the fitting at home, a few days later, it was clearly not fit for purpose.
I subsequently returned the fitting and tap to the shop, bought a smaller container of acid which I needed immediately. I am waiting to hear back for an alternative fitting to use with the 20l container of acid.
