This was my first time requiring a temp for my department and I have been spoilt with the service I have received. We had a couple of hiccups at the start but to say Travail were on it to get me the best person is an understatement. All the team have been very helpful and friendly and the branch manager was a dream to deal with. Was not disappointed with the temp who has stepped up and been a god send through a very busy period

Really happy with my relationship with Mel and Jason at Travail Education Grantham. I just feel so well looked after. The two things I'm looking for as a supply teacher are organisation and communication and they've got it in spades - offers of work are made by phone or text and backed up by email so there's no confusion about where I have to be or when. Totally recommend working with them.

Applied for a job for Saria and received a call saying they would like to put my CV forward to them. The lady I spoke to was friendly and had plenty of information about the role. She then contacted me to arrange an interview and we discussed a date and time that would work, she said would go back to Saria and have the interview confirmed by the end of the day, this did not happen, she then said they had been very busy and that she would call me as soon as they got back to her to confirm. This never happened, it’s been over 2 weeks and I was not contacted again and the job listing is now closed. Slightly disheartening and a complete waste of my time although, I feel I have dodged a bullet from both Travail and Saria because clearly neither are very professional or value peoples time.

Would highly recommend Travail, Anju has been working with our business for many years and knows what we need and has always been able to find us the right people even at short notice

Super helpful and accommodating to our needs

All the staff at the Gloucester office were brilliant,
Nothing was to much trouble,
Lots of communication all through the hiring process,

We don't recruit often so it was such a relief to hand over all the hard work to Travail. I had one good long phone conversation where I outlined what we were looking for and they did all the rest. They found us an outstanding candidate and all we had to do was meet them, interview them and say yes. All the team were extremely helpful whenever I had any questions about the process and we are really happy with the result.

I had a wonderful experience working with Travail Employment Group, right from the first day I was interviewed by Lucy Auty, Huddersfield branch. She was very warm and welcoming, giving me a sense of belonging. I also love how they always come to check on us at our place of assignment, reassuring us of their continuous support all the way. I must say, that Lucy, is a top-notch, when it comes to employee matters. She check on employees when they are down or not feeling well. With her kind of person, Travail will be a towering figure in the industry. I would recommend Travail anywhere. I am proud to be a part of the organisation.

Don't bother they have girls working there that are illiterate and they don't do there jobs correctly .I phone up about a job she said I'm going through application and I'll get back to you that didn't happen,I left message in answer phone nothing.i think these companies want workers and they are left with useless agency to find people,why dont they do away with agencies And there for companies would have to offer permanent jobs and they would save money without using agency.

I was registered for 6+months, was never offered anything even temporary work, the agency also didn't call or contact me once unless I emailed them first, Don't waste your time if your in a rush to get employment. Worst agency iv dealt with.
