I have tried multiple times to contact Swift Property Transfers, im told im first in the queue,Iwait 15minutes put the phone down and try again,same answer, im first in the queue, they were very good at the start, they wanted payment up front but now I have an issue I can not get hold of them, im having to start the process all over again and will have to pay again, dont go any where near them.

They don’t answer calls, we have now tried to speak to them several times by phone. Told you are number one in the queue but after 30 minutes hanging on still number one in the queue!
Requested 4 call backs with no response.
Contacted them by email on both their email addresses no response plus all emails bounced back!
Will now request a section 75 claim to get our money back as they are in breach of contract if we don’t hear from them in the next two days.

We sent all the paperwork to land registry office in March we received a letter from them mid may asking for more information, .Then we tried phoning, swift property transfers every day for a week not even one call back. We have sent Three emails no acknowledgement whatsoever, and what hurts more is the amount of money it cost us, so we have given them one star and to be honest they don't even deserve that.

I had a positive experience of using this organisation for a transfer of property. I found that the two stage process worked well - having someone take initial details followed by consultation with Ruth. Everything explained clearly with the paperwork emailed ready for use.

This is practically a scam. Forms were useless and we had to pay solicitors to do it all again. There were mistakes and our mortgage lander was left out of the loop, meaning we had to scrap it and start again. When we requested refund, as they advertise, they simply ignored us.

Process made so simple and easy right from the first phone call. Everything was explained thoroughly, Alishas communication with Ruth was outstanding I didn't have to go over everything twice. Both ladies were so polite and understanding as well as being professional. Extremely happy I found them.

Outstanding service provided for the Transfer of Property application (TR1, AP1,ID3) forms. From the initial enquiry to form completion, the service is superb. Extremely professional and very easy to talk to compared to Solicitors who take their time with simple Land Registry changes. The process was straightforward and swift. Everyone I had dealings with, including Jacob, were polite and very professional. They did everything they said they would in a timely fashion and kept me updated. I contacted them once everything was complete with a query, which Jacob answered and pointed me in the right direction. I would recommend.

After requesting a call back TWICE and hearing nothing (rushing home to make sure i could receive the call etc) i decided to call during my work day. I explained my situation and was then asked numerous questions which I had answered in my initial explanation!! He was reading a script....not listening to me.....what a waste of time.

Swift are only a form filling company. You could fill in the forms yourself for free by downloading them from the Land Registry site and watching a YouTube video. They gave me incorrect information relating to ID checks which cost me more money and delayed our transfer. When I told them this they said it wasn't their problem and refused to refund me. I suggest you download the forms, fill them in yourself and save the money.
