Hi Chris. Sorry you feel disappointed with your purchase, but we did explain the difficulties we have sometimes to get exactly the weight spot on due to the differing sizes and weights of all the 75 sweets we stock. Each bag can be a bespoke mix of these, and we try to get it as close as possible but on occasions, it may not hit with exact weight on the bag which is why we have the "e" on the bag that stands for estimated and the bag weights are approximate. This is fully explained on our website on the FAQ's page.

Fabulous service
Fast delivery and the address was not complete on the form at time of purchase so was messaged straight away which was a fab service. The only reason I have put 4 is that the sweets were part of a gift and the person who has received them havent comment on the sweets yet. But if they are as good as the service itself I am sure they are great
