I would not recommend using them if you want to have any customer service that is reasonable however they at least don't keep your winnings.

I've been using this site now for a year! The operations team for this site has been proactive on resolving any issues I have experienced. Their prompt and immediate responses to my questions via the chat feature have made using this site and communicating with their team easy. My only suggestion is to allow the management team to share the perks of the cashiers tip. As they inevitably deal with the most frustrating circumstances.

Great platform to play for. I did run into 1 issue since I've started playing but when I addressed the issue their team was very friendly and extremely fast at resolving my issue. They even personally called me to ensure the issue was in fact handled and that I was happy with the outcome.

I had written a review the day before yesterday regarding this website. I do like the fact that they are keeping us updated regarding any issues with payments but I wish that they would update this regarding what time on Monday as of today they would be initiating payments again Otherwise A great site

These guys are legit. Huge selection of games and super fast customer support. Yes, there are a few payment glitches, such as today, but 99% of the time they are prompt and courteous!!!

So I have been with this casino for about a year and a half. Honestly, in the beginning customer service was very hard to deal with from time to time. But they’ve gotten a lot better. Plus, I think they were short on staff because of the whole pandemic thing so I’m trying not to be too rough on them. I’ve never had any issues with any cash outs and I have cashed out a lot with this casino and I have won a good amount of money with this casino. But I want to give a little shout out to Sandy from customer service. She is so kind and so just helpful and not rude and short and it seriously makes a huge difference on my end when I’m dealing with someone especially when it’s not on the phone it’s just through a message service. It can make a huge difference when they just take that extra minute or two to just be nice so anyway, Sandy was very kind. She helped me with an issue. I was having logging into my Wallet​ account and I highly recommend this casino they always have paid me and they’re on it when they deposit my money I seriously have really no complaints, I live in California this place is based in Texas. It’s just nice to not have to drive to one of those smoke shops to deposit money into my VegasX or river sweeps account. It makes it so much easier that I can do it the way they have it set up and I just love this casino. I play it constantly so I recommend it and you know just be patient with customer service. These guys were always a great group to play with. They always loaded and paid out in a timely fashion and the customer service was excellent......until I hit a $5200 dollar jackpot. Since that point, trying to get paid out has been an extreme hassle. It has taken about a month to get what has been paid out to me, (roughly $1810), and now I can no longer request cashouts and am being told they will get to me when they can. Now don't get me wrong, I am not bad mouthing them. I will continue to play with them as long as they allow me to. But if you are going to have sick a difficult time paying out large jackpots, maybe you should decrease them some to make it more manageable.

I like the online services,quick to load the games and the staff resolve the issue fast and actually live chat if there is one. Wish I didn't have to use PayPal right and wish they were faster at paying out. But can't complain cause I win EVERYDAY lol

Like any new business , they have their good points and some not so good. But the good I have received from them definitely outweighs the bad. Sometimes I gotta wait a little longer for a deposit to post. Ok, fine. I'm not the only player and I need to remember that. Redeeming to my wallet, usually takes about 30 minutes . I've had payouts happen in less than30 minutes of requesting up to 2 hours. I've never not been paid out or had issues with my money disappearing. Customer service for the 95% of the tne are always willimg to figure out whatever my issue may be and give me assistance. 2 times there was not so pleasant response, but they're human and we reach that point. But mainly, IVE NEVER HAD MONEY ISSUES and ALWAYS get paid out, so I trust them and support them as a growing buisness and plan to stick around for a while and be a loyal player. I wish you guys the best of luck dealing with negative and the total BS out there and 100% trust and recommend you!!

Depends on the person working. Some are kind and try resolving issues others ignore you or are so unprofessionally rude. I continue playing this game on this platform but it is no where as easy or fun as it use to be.

I started doing business with sweepstakes.mobi about a year ago they started out really good always being timely with deposits and cash out once or twice I made a deposit and it never got put on to my account, either through honest mistake or theft, of which is still unknown, 3 months later $10 was put back in my wallet after having a conversation over the phone with management. But about a month and a half ago, I started having problems, the first problem was when I requested a $30 cash out of the $50 I had redeemed 10 minutes prior, $20 was refunded to my cash app I never seen the other $10, it never went back in my wallet and I never received it via cash app or PayPal. Immediately, after I saw the $20 that was refunded to my cash app, I tried to contact customer support so that they would be aware of what had happened, I was completely ignored. Confused & understandably a little upset, I waited until the next morning & contacted customer support again on the next shift, When I contacted them & explained what had happened the previous evening, they told me, "We don't do cash outs under $50." I responded, "Yes, I understand that, but that does not change the fact that it did happen." Also mentioning that I had ( And still have) the web receipts from cash app & also screenshots of the transaction history from my account on the Home/Wallet page via their website. To which the customer service rep rudely replied, "Sir, We think that you are much too mentally handicapped & from here on we have decided to ban you." Thereafter I attempted to contact customer support again and discovered that they had only banned me from the customer support chat feature, not actually playing the game or sending deposits or cashing out money from the games. I was a little upset but glad to know that I could still Channel my boredom & I continued to play my favorite games on sweepstakes.mobi.

2 weeks later I won $13,000 on golden dragon & of course, per policy, I am only able to redeem $500 total within a 24-hour to your sweepstakes.mobi wallet, after which, I can cash out $500 from my wallet to either cash app or PayPal in a 24hour period. So I'm thinking, "Cool $500 a day, that's not bad," BUT THAT is where the plot thickens, because even though you're allowed to cash out $500 a day, Policy states that it can take up to 72 hours to receive a cash out, but what they don't tell you is that until you receive that money, you cannot cash out again because your account will be in partially approved status. So right there I understood that I could only (in reality) Cash Out $500 every 3½ to 7 days (depending on if they managed to complete within the 72 hours that they strategically advertise). So I cashed out $200, it was quickly refunded to my cash app (within an hour) from deposits I had made to them previously, I have been made aware that refunds don't count against their sending and receiving limits on cash app (not that I minded, after all, money is money). So now that all the deposits I had made to them previously via cash app had been refunded to me, next when I cashed out $345, leaving a $25 tip (so expecting $320), I patiently waited the allotted 72 hours & contacted customer support & inquiring as to the status of my cash out, instead of sending me payments through cash app (not refunds), they asked for my PayPal QR code, I went over to PayPal downloaded my QR code and posted it to the customer support chat, a process which I would have to repeat 3 times over the next 5 days, after which I came to trustpilot and I left honest review of the preceding events, with the information that was known to me. The next time I contacted cust. supp. about the refund, I was replied to w/ a copy&paste of the review that I left on trustpilot. He loudly & rudely (but prematurely) called me a liar, saying I lied about the events in the review, I went on to explain my complaints & provide screenshots of the web receipts & customer support conversations, and so when the payment was sent via PayPal, it was only $295 because they had taken the tip out twice (which had also happened once previously) byt it was sent as though I was a seller of goods & they had purchased an item from me, so that the money would be held for 21 days or until they confirmed receipt of the package that obviously wasn't coming, so I ask them to fix or release the payment & they told me, "We sent the money, its not our problem." So I've waited & that money just cleared today Oct 18th & I requested it on Sept. 23, 2020, my next payment of $250 was processed $140 cash app refunds & $110 through PayPal (after 3 days of asking for it) sent same as the previous one had & on hold til Nov. 3rd. today went to play sweepstake.mobi, found that Im banned for making fake reviews I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING 💯 BAS

Very good service I am very satisfied yes I admit they are a little bit late with the payout but atleast I always get paid with them
