I HAVE READ ALL OF THEIR REPLIES ON THIS SITE WHERE THEY HAVE REPLIED TO COMPLAINTS AND THEY ALWAYS HAVE SOME SORRY EXCUSE AND ALWAYS BLAME THE CUSTOMER SO I AM READY AND WAITING TO SEE WHAT KIND OF LIE THEY REPLY TO MY MESSAGE WITH. BUT THEY BETTER NOT TRY ME BECAUSE I SAVED EVERY MESSAGE AND HAVE EVERY SCREENSHOT OF MY CONVERSATION WITH THESE PEOPLE AND I HAVE POSTED TO ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS (TIK TOK, FACEBOOK, INSTAGRAM, AND YOUTUBE) TO WARN PEOPLE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS! I AM SURE THEY WILL SAY THE REASON THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT IS BECAUSE MY PHONE NUMBER I GAVE THEM IN MY EMAIL DIDN’T MATCH MY NUMBER ON FILE (this is a pathetic reason they use alot for suspending accounts) SO LET ME GO AHEAD AND PUT THIS OUT THERE…THE NUMBER THEY HAVE ON FILE IS MY HOME NUMBER AND THE NUMBER I GAVE THEM TO CONTACT ME AT IS MY CELL NUMBER SO THEY BETTER NOT REPLY TO MY MESSAGE WITH THAT LAME EXCUSE! THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC LYING SCAMMING COMPANY I’VE EVER DEALT WITH!!! I HOPE MY POSTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY THAT IS ON ALL OF MY SOCIAL MEDIA PLATFORMS REACHES MY 428,000 FOLLOWERS!

The website states that you get a $50 signup bonus for signing up. After I signed up it said I had to go through a verification process before I could get bonus. After submitting proper documents to get verified and after I was approved it said I would need to email them to request the bonus be added to my account. I have emailed them 4 times in regard to this matter with no response and I have also tried contacting their “live support” on their website and never get a reply back from them either. I would be cautious if you plan to sign up with them.

I originally wrote a nice review after speaking with I guess the manager. He was very nice and fixed my issue quickly. But I’m taking back said nice review. But I got played like so many before me. He told me cash out times were a lot quicker than they were prior and still nothing sent to me. It’s a scam to keep you playing in hopes that you will play out all your winnings instead of waiting days for them to actually pay you out which works in their favor a lot. Bunch of bullcrap.

This service is beyond terrible they take my money when I take deposit it tell me it's loaded to my game but it's not loaded in a pawn trying to get in contact with customer service neither of the representatives will answer any messages when you email them there's no response no help whatsoever they are garbage they're liars they do not uphold what they say they're going to do

Yes It was your website I registered with and was scammed on !!! When I submitted my withdrawal I was blocked and my The Kraken account was deleted! !!

I recently changed banks so I emailed admin requesting my bank info to be updated. It wasnt until my third email I finally received a response after waiting over two weeks. I was asked to send a pic holding my DL and the todays date(the date of that day). I responded within 24 hours with the info they requested. It has now been almost a week with no response again. It's so frustrating because when you win money you want to be able to redeem your winnings. I finally gave up and played out the money I had been trying to cash out for 3 weeks. The customer support portal is no help. You ask them a question and you get very short answers like email admin. Well what is the customer support chat for? They have NEVER assisted me with any of my issues. I really enjoy playing the sweepstake games but this platform is a HUGE disappointment 😞

Bittersweet dealing with this company cashout takes at least 24 hours and if u redeem more then one day it will take over 24vhours thy want to draw out the cash out process in hopes the longer thy rake the more u will play it out ugh tht I don't like

Sweepstakes mobi is bittersweet. You get the freedom to load your account yourself but account creation, assistance, and cashing out are difficult and stressful. One at least 3 occasions live chat was turned off on me. A Thursday cashout came 5-6 days later. Plus you have to use a 3rd party website to cash out. I also was told that I didn't have to mention a deposit and my game would be loaded only to wait as much as 5.5 hours and have to go mention it on the live chat so it would get loaded. I also requested a game account and after 3 days of not getting my requested game account, stopped playing for almost 11 days. I will say that even though it took entirely longer than necessary to address, their management team did finally reach out to me about my experiences and was willing to make things right.

it has been 5 days since i requested for cashout, and i havent got it. i tried to talk to their customer service and i dont think they know what the f they doing, and i sent them an email like 100x i think, nobody answered. this is a scam. dont spend your money here. their business needs to shut down. fake phone number, idiot customer service, Please Dont play on this website, SCAM!!

I’ll keep it short and to the point. This platform is a lie and a scam. Customer service will treat you like an idiot and you will have to fight to get anything from these people. The signup bonus they offer is NOT real. The owner is one of the worst human beings I have ever interacted with. Liar. Thief. Moron. Pockets all of your money knowing you will never get it back.

Such an amazing group of people . I made a mistake and didn't inquire how long it would take to cash out and the funds were important. No only did the supervisor come and talk to me but they made it where I was able to remain in my hotel.

Signed up because of the $50 bonus installed several other games emailed customer service multiple times always got to run around and never received the bonus. And if and when I ever got a response from customer service it was always the same run around. If I could give them a negative five stars I would.

Ive played with sweepstakes mobi for awhile now an ive always gotten great customer service by phone or on the online chat help service. They pay out just as they say they will and they offer lots of gaming platforms you can play on

So far so good. I have had a really good experience.. will continue to play here... Try them out, you just may hit big..
