I have spent a lot of money this past two months on this site with not one win or any kind of bonus or payout. I really want some inspection on these platform because when I'm winning I noticed that when you hit a big win and nothing happens and the next role will be a loss and it subtracts double and if not paying attention keeps doing that And I have lost hundreds of past two months trying to win one payout but nothing I'm so addicted to trying to win one time while I'm losing so much money and not even one bonus

I don’t know what’s going on with sweepstakes but they use to pay you your money out now for the past fees days they been keeping everyone funds only sending ppl 20 or less

Do not put any money in here. I did and I won, now my kyc verification was already completed. Upon trying to cash out they tried making me redo it. It even says verification approved, yet it won’t let me do anything still saying I still need to do it. Live chat is no help they gave me a number to call. Been trying to call them for 3 days, the number doesn’t even work it rings once then hangs up. I only get automated responses by email. Do not play here it’s a scam

They have terrible customer service AND APPARENTLY ONLY RIP PEOPLE OFF. THEY WANT GIVE ME MY MONEY NOR ANSWER MY EMAIL. IF YOU LIKE YOUR MONEY TO BE TAKEN THEN BY ALL MEANS DO IT, BUT DON'T THINK FOR ONE SECOND IF YOU WIN THEY WILL PAY, BECAUSE THEY WANT, THEY WANT RESPOND, NOT SURE WHY THEY EVEN HAVE THAT USELESS CHAT.

Honestly, if I could give it a zero, I would give it a zero! I’ve been playing on this site for a while now. Out of all of them that I play on I was actually starting to like it the best. Until Friday, October 12, 2024 I had won just over $200 on one of the gaming platforms so I opted to cash out on $100 of it. That was at 3 PM October 12, 2024 I got this pop-up that said due to it being the weekend it may be delayed and may not be processed until Monday. I was OK with that, that’s fine. Then lo and behold at exactly midnight on Saturday the next day, there’s an email in my inbox forever, long claiming that all of a sudden I need to be verified. I already was verified when I set up my account. I made it a point to do it that way then I look at my wallet on their site and there’s only $60 in there not $100 like they took but $60 then I proceeded to reach out to their useless crappy rude Customer Service And they literally aren’t taking any responsibility claiming my money is in my wallet although I’ve already explained to them that it’s $100 not $60 now I’m leaving this terrible review because I still have not got a response. I will be using any and all legal means possible to hang these people.

UPDATE:
This is an update to a previous review. So on my previous review, it was a terrible review because they stole $40 from me and are refusing to give it back. Well, I’ve gotten in touch with the owner of this awful site. Turns out he’s an awful awful person. His customer service agents got a hold of him and had him call me because the number listed on their website is no good. He calls me an immediately. He is defensive. He is rude. He calls me a liar. He calls me a stupid woman and a stupid American along with some other choice names he called me that I can’t very well put on here. I was a.B**** a W**** His logic for only giving me $60 back was if I had really won $205.56 then why did I only redeem $100 which that itself he admits that he owes me $100 and a separate one for $45? As I tried to explain to the moron that thinks he’s smarter than literally everybody is I redeemed the $100 from River sweep left $105.56 on River Sweep to have the $100 deposited out of my game account to my checking account. Which is what happened then I left the other on River sweep to see if I could make any more off that. Then after losing all of it but $45 is when I chose to redeem the $45 from River sweep Back into my game account. I have the PDF transactions where it shows that they redeemed $100 of my money and the emails from River sweep where I had won the money and redeemed from them but yet he still try to justify only giving me back $60 and I’m the dumb one the dumb American the dumb B*** the dumb W****. Well this Dumb American is coming for him with the law behind me! All they had to do was give me my $40 that they stole from me.

They use to cash out quick and nice customer service but I would be cautious putting to much money in to play once you win and want to cash out they will take money off your game and put it into your wallet in no time but when u request to cash out from wallet they make u wait 2 buisness days in hopes in that time frame you wind up spending money you won back into playing with them...if your anything like me you will do exactly that and 95% of us will do the same and they prey on people like us so be smart and patient and hopefully u will be cashed out without spending your winning back into their platforms which is how there payout system now is set up for us gamblers who don't have the patience to wait and they no us all to well

I love their games they're awesome they're fun to play. However it's really stupid cuz when you sign up it tells you that you're eligible for sign up bonus but did you need to email admin well when you first send that email you get an email back telling you to speak to their AI chat who tells you it's going to be a week still sitting here at 2 weeks never got to sign up bonus trying to cash out trying to get responses from their customer service is like pulling teeth and nail all of their all of the information on their sign up page about bonuses and everything is all a lie don't believe one iota of it because they want you to sign up for some stupid wallet and you got to have like $500 in it just to be able to work it their joke

After having to wait two days just to get a response regarding my redemption just to find out it's sent as and e check to paynote and you have to wait and additional 5 days and I still can't get an answer about my sign up bonus and their phone numbers they've listed are fake
I cannot believe this to add to everything I get a call from these people at 2:00 a.m. in the damn morning and the person who calls me I email them and tell them it's 2:00 a.m. in the morning and they're response to me is I don't like that you can email me but not answer your phone are you s******* me right now dude are you kidding these people are stupid they suck their scammers this is ridiculous don't waste your time energy or money

When I first got turned on to sweepstake mobi I thought wow this is genius how they got it set up to choose the system, make the payments, etc. Then when it came to the part where it’s time to cash out there’s a major issue. This issue made my whole experience all bad and it doesn’t look like they care enough to even follow up on it when addressed. I still have yet to be cashed out and I tried both the bank and game time wallet options. This company so far looks like a big SCAM and I wouldn’t recommend playing on this platform at all.

Received bonus email from sweepstake.mobi stating wallet addresses for "easy" crypto deposits. It gave etherium bitcoin and dogecoin wallet addresses stating they were assigned only to my sweeptstake mobi account and if deposit made send to that address and it would be applied to my wallet. I made deposits to correct etherium wallet received confirmation however sweepstake mobi is refusing to deposit to my account.

I stopped playing on this platform maybe a year ago. Their cashouts take way too long and i had to ask everyday where my cashout was. Sometimes it took 5 days just to cashout 500. Their live chat act clueless but I think they just dont want to cash people out. I eventually got up to over 9k sitting in my wallet and just won 10k in the game. Could have cashed out more from my wallet if they would just do it fast every day. They eventually closed my wallet account and lost that 9k and had that 10k in the game that i couldnt do anything with. I tried live chat multiple times asking what happened and they wouldnt respond at all. These guys are scammers if you making alot in the game dont expect it to get cashed out. I have a better platform i play on now. Able to cash out up to 6k PER day and never have problems. sweepstake.mobi is the worst ever.

Used to love love love this platform. Recently they sent out numerous emails claiming to award a 250% direct crypt Deposit. And they attach a list of crypto addresses.

I’ve never had a problem before now. I made that deposit via LTC over 24 hours ago.

Usually customer aervice is great but it has been dog trash. Every time I mention direct crypto, they disconnect me.

I’ve sent numerous emails, the phone numbers don’t work. Not one email has been answered.

I’m beyond upset and disappointed.

Used to love and trust this platform but 3 times this week they stole 40 then 10 then my entire 130 cash out and won't answer my messages amd can't get them on a call. Got an email about my cash out saying they need to talk to me to verify my acct but I just spoke to the owner the day before and did all that to get my 40 out of 50 the stole from me. 3 days now and I can't get anyone on the phone or email or my 130.
