I deposit daily and multiple times a day and I have been requesting my firekirin password reset for days and days now and nobody has emailed me back. You cannot contact the phone number because it has calling restrictions. This is so very unprofessional. I do not recommend anybody to play here until I get an email back I will not change my review. This place is a scam.

I am very upset with this site, I had been playing with them for a while now. Every time I won I was always able to redeem it to my wallet and while it does take 3 business days for you to receive the cash I was okay with that because at least I was wining and not wasting money. That was until yesterday morning I won and when I tried to redeem I got a message that said unable to redeem from game it is temporarily disabled. when I asked customer support their response is it that it is down for maintenance and could be down for a day or 2, or it could be a week or more. that's not fair to use wh have money tied up in them and I know there is a way they can get peoples winning from the games. Customer support is so rude and unhelpful they really should not be running a business if this is how they going to conduct themselves. They should tell you before you ever deposit with them that it takes 3 business days to cash out and their games randomly go down and wont go up until they decide to put them up so no telling when yu will get your money if its even still there when they put it back up. There has to be a way to get something done about this kind of stuff because bad business is bad business whether online or not. I wish I would have saw these reviews a while ago.

They refuse to pay out when you win and it all seems legitimate until then. The number you can call does not accept calls. Customer service is a joke and instead of defusing a situation with an angry customer they will antagonize them. The admin is a joke to. If you’re looking to waist your money use sweepstakes.mobi because they will never pay you out and should be shut down.

Well correct me if im wrong but did anyone else ha e to be verified to start your account. I know i was not given a choice either be verified or dont use this sight im going on 2years on this sight got away from it for awhile 7 months or so but here recently in last month i deposited $100 bucks in a two day period and ended up $625 to the good in my wallet. Now they want me to be verified again and the site wont let me back in the idenfy area says session timed out go back aand it goes to page not found. Soisay all of us on here that are out money get together and lawyer up and win a lawsuit against them tort lawyers are real good for this case load

This platform has the worst customer service and there support techs are lazy and unreliable to help. Then you contact the so called admin. That’s just an automated system and all reply’s are sent to spam folder. The phone number your given to call don’t work. And any good reviews are defiantly from there friends and family. Prove me wrong and send me my money that’s all the help they can be.

I won on one of their platforms and try to cash out they said that there was an issue with my bank account I fixed it and now customer support refuses to respond to me I haven't heard anything out of them I've emailed them 9 plus times and talk to him and chat just as much they keep telling me today will let the supervisor know and nothing ever comes of it

I've always been treated fair and promptly.paly here regularly and don't plan on stopping

After 2 hours of chatting with customer support, I still could not log in to play anything and when I asked how long before a game let's you play, I was told up to 72 hours, meaning once they got your money, you can't play til 72 hrs later

I've been playing on this for over 6month now and haven't had no issues. I've won numerous times and I've gotten my winnings every time without any issues. This is my #1 go to site to play.

Great customer service, they are a Little bit on the slow side, but at the end they come thru. They offer the best platforms out there for sure.

It was fine for a while.. then ONE time I had to get refunded from PayPal after no response from admin about an unknown charge on my account from them.. a month later I win and get told they weren't going to honor it because I had asked for a legitimate refund and got it..

I just started playing and I’ve deposited a good amount easy. Well when i won and its now time to cash out i feel like im getting the run around. I started the cash out friday it’s Wednesday and still no payment. I really love the games put i dont like when people play with my money. Wish i would of read the reviews before playing 😔

I had $100 in winnings in my wallet that I requested to cashout, and then the funds were removed from my wallet. The cashout ended up failing for whatever reason, but the funds were not returned back to my wallet. I have sent three emails regarding this matter but I get no response whatsoever. This is not acceptable because that is my money, not to mention that I have made thousands of dollars worth of deposits since I've been a customer. I won't make any more deposits until this issue is resolved. Don't know what else to do, unfortunately.

Shows my cashouts as processed, but havent received 2 of them. One for $200 and one for $500. Customer service just tells you the same thing,

"Cash-outs/ Withdrawal are processed in 3 business days once the cashout shows as processed you will receive an email through paynote telling you when to expect this will be done within 24 hours of it being processed

Note : Weekends don't count as business days.
Note: Cashouts done by admin's only , we agents can't process or reject them ."

Or they just ends the chat with no response. I have received 2 other cashouts from them before, but my 3rd $200 cashout shows as processed since the 1st and I never received it. When I tried to tell customer service they just repeat the same message or tell you to email or call management, but the phone number is fake and doesnt work. The "admin" email doesnt respond either. And I have a $500 cashout that just processed and I have yet to receive as well. There are ways to get the website shutdown if enough ppl were to report them like to the website's hosting provider or domain registrar, the news, social media platforms, google, the fbi's internet crime complaint center, you can also report phishing to google safebrowsing, etc. Or you can File a DMCA Takedown Notice, Report to the FTC or IC3..etc.

I still have not received my cash out for 80.00 no response

customer service is the absolute worse. U call and U get this rude guy who apparently is the owner and thinks he has the right to hang up on U or cuss U out. to deposit money is very simple but to cash out is always one thing or another. I've had to do the verification process idk how many times and this last time I finally won 300 dollars and now when I try to even log in it rederects me to the ID verification process but the page is blank. then I log in and the same thing happens.....I've deposited a great amount of money over time and this is just upsetting. emails don't get answered and nothing seems to be able to be done about it
