Uncertainty made sure
I was unsure about ordering as I have been scammed in the past but my experience of SwedishFace is that I received what I ordered, at a very good price and in reasonable time. There seems to have been some delay in delivery because of Brexit.

Tried contacting customer support > no reply
Tried calling > in Swedish, no options for English even though a .co.uk website. I left a message (in English) and no reply so far.

I believe that the delay (and strange tracking error) could be a result of the Christmas and new years holidays, in combination with the Covid 19 situation in combination with Brexit.
I am really sorry about this, but I must ask you to wait at least a week more.
If we still don't see anything on tracking, we may send your order again.
