I am rating them 5star with an *. If you can get product then it is 5stars......however it is difficult to get some items as they are extremely limited. I did get some of the recent Sketchographs and was very happy with them.

Having used the services of SWAU representatives in the past in person at a comic.con I looked at the website. I seen the online appraisal service which i used and had a speedy outcome. I also seen the online auction option which I have recently used and the service was great. The delivery was really quick considering it was from the U.S. to Scotland. I will certainly use the service again.

Amazing autograph. I have been looking for a Joseph Quinn autographed since I watched Warfare and FF4. I wanted to get one from a source that was trustworthy and dependable. At the same, I wanted it to be of good quality. Finally found one at SWAU.

Needed help with getting an autograph authenticated as it was my first time using the service. There employee Dave helped me every step of the way with all my questions and keeping me informed of how the process works, definitely an asset to the company. Thanks again Dave for all your help!

Always have a great time with there auctions and it fair. I also met some of the team at la comic con and other conventions. Super nice people.

Had to cancel and order as I'd been waiting for 2 years for it and frankly it was starting to become a running joke.

When I requested this, they had the cheek to charge a 20% cancellation fee for something they hadn't lost any money on and could have opened up another slot for somebody else.

And the whole 'admin costs' excuse is laughable because it takes 3 clicks on PayPal to refund someone, you hardly need to employ JP Morgan to facilitate it

I tried to get some signatures authenticated on a 1951 yankees world series baseball at the bakersfield collector con 2025. Signatures included joe dimaggio and mickey mantle. I was given the run around for 6 hours. They said their people said Signatures were legit but they semd it to a different authenticator who supposedly never got back to them. I was very dissatisfied with my one and only experience with swau. Total waste of my time!

I have participated in several of SWAU's auctions for autographed memorabilia.

My most recent shipment from the July Auction arrived damaged. UPS bent the envelope to the point where the inner plastic protective sleeve was bent.

I reached out to SWAU and Shannon worked with me to make things right. Fortunately SWAU insured their shipments and worked with their insurance company rep to get things fixed.

Shannon acted quickly and communicated well with me throughout the process. Thank you!

I’ve recently made a couple of purchases from SWAU and have been very pleased with the items and service. Items were signed where I asked and in the color I requested. No issues. I will continue to purchase items from them.

I absolutely love their service. Their communication is great. Their products and auction selections are always top tier.

I have done business with SWAU several times and their service is usually A-grade. I would not be able to get Henry Cavill, Keira Knightley or Chris Evans in my collection if it weren't for this company. I also appreciate the ease of usage and how detailed their send-in process is, so you get exactly what you want. I do think charging for personalization and/or quotes is excessive though.

I had high hopes when I chose to work with SWAU, having paid a premium for a celebrity signing and following all required steps, including sending in my item well in advance. Unfortunately, the experience was marked by unprofessional and questionable business practices.

After receiving both my payment and item, SWAU unexpectedly demanded additional fees that were never part of our original agreement. When I declined to pay these new charges, they returned my item—despite no request on my part to do so—and without fulfilling the service I had paid for. While they refunded the signing fee, they refused to cover the shipping costs I incurred to send the item to them, even though the breakdown in the agreement was entirely on their end.

Worse, my efforts to communicate the issue were met with generic, dismissive responses that failed to address my concerns.

This experience reflects poorly on SWAU’s professionalism and accountability. I would strongly encourage others to proceed with caution before doing business with them.

I have always had a good experience with SWAU. They have answered any questions I have had in a timely manner and all of the autographs have been excellent.

Excellent first time auction experience. Constant communication throughout with bidding and auction completion. Received merchandise quickly, and well packaged.
My only complaint would be that there was a tiny crease in one of the photo's corners that may have occurred during packaging or shipping. Not earth shattering since it can be covered when matted and framed. Looking forward to my next experience with SWAU!
