The framing is perfect, the photo is perfect, and the authenticity verification via the QR code worked flawlessly. The packaging was excellent — everything was very well protected. Ordered a signed LP and it said "only 1 available". I ordered it and it said out of stock so that was normal. The next day it was back saying "only 1 available". Had the same image with the exact same autograph. I contacted them and they said they would message the seller and get back to me. Over 1 month passed so i messaged them and all they said is "There are multiple of these items that exist. It was relisted because we have more of the item in stock currently."
Then why have it listed as only 1 in stock left and using the exact same autograph image

Got a Dead Man's Autograph somehow !

Still haven't heard back from my email requesting a response, nor can I find a phone number on the site. Also the holographic code sticker thing they put on doesn't work with the COA company. Very shady, stay away from this company

Company has a lot of issues
My item's official Hollywood Memorabilia hologram comes up invalid on their website.
I contacted them and was told it was a system issue and to email pictures.
Every email, with or without pictures, was rejected by their email system.
I contacted them again and was told the email problem is an issue they're working on (but not one they bothered to mention when they said to send them an email).
That company certainly has a lot of issues.

Felt like a Bait and Switch
Wanted to share a very poor experience I had with Hollywood Memorabilia. I placed an order for an autograph, received my invoice, and a payment confirmation for the item. The website showed that the item was the "last one". After completing my sale, I looked at the website a few hours later and noticed that the item was still listed and the price on the item changed dramatically almost a $200.00 difference. This was perplexing to me and made me think something sketchy was going on so I took screen shots of this. The item advertised had a PSA/DNA authentication number and the marked-up item was the same item with the same number and description. The celebrity had just passed, so the mark-up seems like a ploy to gain more revenue. Today I receive a notification that the order was cancelled, refunded and "out-of-stock". When I called the company to inquire, I was told sorry, our website updates every 24 hours and the item was out of stock and transactions are still charged and processed. This makes no sense in 2022 that when an item is sold that it is not taken off the site or does not allow another customer to add it to their cart and pay for it. The gentleman on the phone then offered to "find" me something else and work with me on pricing. What it seems like here is that after the celebrities death, the price was changes and allowed the item to see later for a higher price. I did find another item that was about $60.00 more than what I paid and was of the same celebrity. I asked could they match that price and was immediately told NO, but let me look it up for you. The item was marked in stock on the website. The rep said he needed to check the inventory and came back to the phone to say, it was out of stock. This makes no sense that an electronic system can't show real-time info. If this is the case maybe an upgrade is needed. Keep in mind that the item was not on an auction site and should have been sold to the first person to add it to their cart, pay for it and it should have been removed from the website. Instead, they jacked up the price and sold it to the highest bidder. I would refrain from doing any business with this company if this is their process. To say that the item is not "taken" off for 24 hours someone touched the listing and changed the price on an item that was already purchased, so if it was sold out take it down, don't change the price in hopes of more money. Luckily my transaction is in the process of being refunded, but it upsets me that a business practices this way.

I had issues with getting my item cleared from customs. Sent a mail and Matthew replied me almost instantly with the correct info I needed. He’s been super helpful in this progress and I thank him a lot for it!

Would be five stars if it wasn't for the item. However, Matthew helped me so much to sort out the problem, even making calls I couldn't make; being in the UK, not the U.S. We need more people who are willing to go out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. First off, I would like to state that my order started off a complete and utter dropping of the ball several times mess. Seriously, I had gone from irritated, total anger then sullen acceptance. In comes Tyler! He never over promised to get me off his back, accepted every call and email in stride even when I was super angry and got me answers. Even if it wasn’t immediately, they were had in short order. I was truly ready to hang my hat up throw it in and would of if not for him. I wish I could give 20 stars how he went above and beyond. You truly have an impressive employee! Very professional and hands on. Tyler definitely deserves a raise and promotion! Or at least teaching his leadership and customer service skills to others on your team!! Great job Tyler for saving me and making a super bad situation 100% better!!

I was worried about ordering something internationally so soon before Christmas but Doreen made the experience so easy. She was super attentive and put in a word in to the warehouse to ship out a day early. I really appreciate how helpful she was and she kept me updated with shipping and delivery time. If I ever have an issue when ordering from here again I hope I get Doreen again!!
