This swap service is top notch. I accidentally entered the wrong address for a swap, and when this happened to me before with other swap services, support either didn’t respond or told me the funds couldn’t be recovered.
I contacted Swapter customer service on Telegram and got a reply literally within 3 minutes. They fixed my swap and sent the funds to the correct address.
They saved me from losing $900. Awesome service, highly recommended.

I needed to exchange XMR fairly quickly, and the process took a bit longer than I initially planned.
That said, the rate at the moment of exchange turned out to be better than expected, and I actually received slightly more than I anticipated.
The support team explained the reason for the wait in the chat quite promptly, so I understood what was happening and felt calm throughout the process.
Overall, despite the longer processing time, I’m satisfied with the result.

The rates don't match; the BestChange monitoring service has a higher rate.
Go to their website, where they have two rates: floating and fixed.
The floating rate differs by 1.5 percent from the monitoring service's rate, while the fixed rate is 2 percent lower than the exchange rate posted there. This clearly indicates rate manipulation; the exchanger is deliberately inflating the rate.

The website did not show how many confirmations was required. If I knew it was 300 and that take 5 hours... I would not have initiate the swap.
The chat was helpful and essential to reassure me the process would take that long.
Price fluctuations during such a delay is very stressful and the site does not allows us to specify a maximum down slippage to auto cancel the swap.
I hope you reduce the confirmation for QRL.
You are the only DEX that offer that swap and improving that UX can give you an advantage.

I made a mistake during the exchange and could have lost all my coins. The support was very helpful and corrected my mistake. As a result, the exchange went well.

An incredibly disgusting service that screws its users. If you ask in chat before the exchange, they'll tell you they use their own funds and don't use any third-party payment systems.
After you complete the exchange and send the funds, you'll learn that for the security of your funds, there's a 10-hour delay (50 confirmations on the XMR network. The average confirmation time is 10 minutes). Support told me a fascinating story about how this was done for my own safety, and that the XMR network is currently experiencing problems, claiming the Monero team itself recommends waiting 50 confirmations. I asked for a link to some news article about this, but instead they continued to tell me that yes, there are 20+ confirmations now, but we haven't received your funds yet; the Monero network doesn't allow them. Now it turns out that, yes, one confirmation is enough for the Monero network, but for the security of their users, they've mandated 50 confirmations to prevent users from losing funds.
I needed to make an urgent payment in the coin I was exchanging for. Of course, the payment time had already expired, and I lost about 2-3 thousand dollars because they're such a fast service. I contacted support, asking if we had a $100 exchange, and there are already 20+ confirmations. Please send at least part of it. $5 would be enough for me. Please understand, the payment is very important and urgent, so I chose you. But it's all a dead end. We can't. 50 confirmations are required for security.
Upd:
You should have informed the user before they send funds that you need 10 hours to confirm receipt of XMR. You don't mention this anywhere. I realized you're such a unique exchange service when, half an hour after sending coins, your website still showed that the transfer hadn't even been sent yet, and that you were still waiting for it. It's kind of convenient, but what about the hidden conditions that the user only learns about after you've collected their coins?
I don't even care how many confirmations you have for each network. If you want anyone to care, put it in the FAQ on your website. But you won't do that, otherwise it turns out that far fewer users are willing to wait half a day while you spend, collect, or God knows what else with the coins they've received, for security's sake.
The speed of crediting depends on the actual speed of the network. In this case, the deposit was credited significantly faster than two hours.
You're blatantly lying even here, but what else would you expect from you? I have all the screenshots of our chat. You were absolutely insistent that it wasn't your problem, but that the Monero network was simply performing poorly. For some reason, it's only you who's performing poorly.
The deposit wasn't credited any faster. Only after threatening to report it on Trustpilot did you suddenly realize that this number of confirmations would be enough to refund the funds, but you can't make the exchange. Is there a way to upload a screenshot?
Your exchange was fully credited long before I even contacted support. Many exchangers use one confirmation. And that's enough for security, after all, they don't have to steal users' funds for half a day. The Monero network consensus allows for further transfers without any problems after 10 confirmations. For some reason, you personally need 50 confirmations. You're constantly vacillating, sometimes because the Monero network requires it, sometimes because the Monero network is simply slow. By the way, I also have a screenshot where you tried to extort a link to a Monero transaction from me, so the sender's wallet would be visible. Your technical literacy level is zero. Just like your rating of the exchanger, which has no idea what Monero is but is trying to come up with any excuse for why it takes half a day to process the request. Either you're the suppliers, or it's for my security, or the Monero network itself is at fault and is currently performing poorly. Four times during the chat, I asked you for a link to some news item about this, either from the Monero development team or on your website. The only response was repeated spam, saying it's for my security and the safety of my funds. The safety of your wallets.
You've settled in comfortably. Try setting a security requirement of 100,000 confirmations tomorrow. Anyone who didn't ask in chat beforehand is at fault for not realizing you have your own secret terms, which the user will only learn about once they've sent you coins.

Total SCAM
Promised to swap old USDC on TRON at a reasonable rate. Then claimed that it was the wrong currency even though it was advertised specifically as USDCOLD. Then demanded 0.04ETH to refund the funds for no good reason, they could have just taken enough to cover the gas fees but they didn't.
Never got the funds back. AVOID THIS SCAM PLATFORM, they must have fake TrustPilot reviews.

Updated (Part 1):
As you can see Swapter has now responded with their standard useless response to make it seem like they actually want to resolve this issue. I have attached the transaction hash already to this review so they can easily find which transaction this refers to but I'm certain they will do nothing about it, BEWARE ALL!
I'm happy to update this review if they actually return the funds but I'm not counting on it...
Updated (Part 2):
Happy to continue this conversation publicly:
1. Your platform DID advertise the USDC swap on TRON otherwise I would have never sent the funds. This is a deprecated token so I specifically looked for platforms that offered swap capability because they are limited. I have the screenshots to prove it.
2. Therefore now demanding 0.04ETH (US$173 today) to return the funds I deem is unreasonable given the fact that you did advertise USDC TRON swap. Your LP demanding this fee is not my problem, you should have never offered this token in the first place.
In addition, theoretically speaking how am I to know that you won't just pocket the ETH if I actually sent it. Nothing that you have done so far has given me any confidence that you are operating in good faith.
3. Accusing me of leveraging my review for getting a refund is just not true in the way you've framed it.You are the ones that contacted me privately through email to demand the 0.04ETH. I have already mentioned publicly that I would be happy to modify the review if you would resolve this issue that you have caused, which you have not and continue to hold my funds at ransom.
So let me make this very clear and public.
I am not open to sending you 0.04ETH because a) i don't trust your platform and b) this problem was caused by your platform.
I am also prepared to update my review as mentioned if you operate in good faith and return my funds. I am still offering you the 7 TRX to cover the gas fees for the return of funds.
I await your response. I will send the screenshots of the USDC TRON swap offered by your platform to your email.
