best exchanger out there, 10/10 support
I had a few issues with my exchange (in specifics, the exchange took over 12 hours to process, and then the site told me to contact the support to fix my issue.) I did exactly that, and the support was super helpful and got my issue resolved within 24 hours. I have used swapswop for countless exchanges so far, and all I can say is that I am very impressed with how great this service operates. No, this isn't a bought/botted review

Satisfied with exchange
Not the lowest fees, I exchanged $43 to $36, but it was float rate, so it kinda makes sense. Exchange was quick, not even 5 minutes have passed and I already got my crypto exchanged. Overall, I really recommend them.
EDIT: Correct, I exchanged ETH, so fees were just normal, to be expected fees. I changed rating to 5 stars.

I had a swapping problem and I made a mistake in inserting the coin to be exchanged. I opened a ticket but every time the operator answered me and I replied, the ticket was no longer displayed. After several tickets they even stopped responding to the first one.

No refund yet...
I made a mistake when I tried to send some tokens for an exchange and accidentally sent them on the wrong network. They gladly offered a refund, which I accepted. However, over 2 months later there's still no progress from their side and they just don't reply to my e-mails. I find this behaviour absolutely childish.
3/2/2023: still no response from their customer service, still silent.
6/2/2023: So, 3 months later, finally, my case is solved. Thanks for the service, I'll give you now a higher rate.

I never give ratings, but when a company saves me A LOT of work to convert a large sum without all the BS that other sites cause, i'm very appreciative. Support is insanely fast as well and genuinely care to fix the problem. They don't make companies like this very often. Customer focused. Thank you guys for all you do.

Legit exchanger & great service!
After Morphtoken got sketchy and shut down, I needed an alternative and found swapswop.
I've been using this exchange to exchange cryptos anonymously since over a year now.
Even higher sums of 5000€ in one transaction which is smooth without any second thoughts. In all the time, one transaction got stuck and the coins has been sent back to my wallet in full within two hours after I wrote an email to the support.
So yeah, swapswop do what it needs to do and has a great service as well.

I sent my deposit to the wrong chain... I contacted these guys and they responded to my email immediately. They explained MY error and advised on a timscale of up to 24 hours for my funds to be recovered and transferred to my nominated wallet- and they delivered! Its great to have found an online crypto service displaying such integrity. I will definitely continue to use them.

these guys rock! i am using them since like a year and never had any problem, the only thing worth mentioning is that they withhold your money a little bit long sometimes in order to make more profit when the market is going your way but i guess thats what companys do in order to work, margarita from the support is the best and when i once had a small issue it got resolved asap and (s)he even contacted me again after to make sure im really satisfied
