Shocking after-sales - Phone had battery and camera issues
Phone had battery issues, despite paying for premium battery, and the camera didn't work properly. Returned for repair on 7th July, they can't confirm a date that I'll get it back, it's now 25th July. Only chatbot-type customer service, awful after-sales for an expensive used/refurbished product that you should be able to rely on quick turnaround on problems with the devices. Now 27th, still no phone shipped, swappie reply below to my comment is the same nonsense I've been getting as part of repair process, pointless. Try someone else for refurbed tech. 29th, still no phone, now air pods lost and can't be tracked because the phone under repair in Estonia. Joke of a company.

Warranty Repair Experience
I purchased an iPhone 13 Pro in “Premium Condition” from Swappie, but the device arrived with multiple issues: the 0.5x camera was blurry, the 1x camera repeatedly went blurry, jittered, and struggled to focus out of the box, and the battery health had degraded to 85% with the phone repeatedly shutting down at 10-15 percent after only 7 months of use.
I returned the phone on 6th July, and it arrived at Swappie’s warehouse on 7th July. Swappie advertises warranty repairs as being completed within 10 business days of receiving the device, meaning the expected deadline was 21st July.
After noticing there had been little progress, I contacted support and explained that I would be leaving the country for two weeks on 25th July and urgently needed the phone returned before then. An agent responded on 19th/20th July stating that the repair was in its “final stages” and that they believed the phone should meet my deadline.
However, the following days passed with no update or dispatch confirmation. On 22nd July, I contacted support again requesting confirmation that the phone would be dispatched that day so it could arrive before I left, especially as the repair had already exceeded the advertised timeframe. I was not informed of any repair failure or stock issue.
Today, on the 13th business day since Swappie received the phone, I contacted support again after receiving no update. I was told only that they were “working on my case” and that I would receive an update as soon as possible. I requested that a replacement device be shipped immediately due to the missed repair timeframe and my travel deadline, but I received no response. Swappie did not mention any failures or shortages in stock when asked about the progress of my repair, leaving them with no excuse to get it done within the timeframe or just sending me a replacement after exceeding their advertised repair time.
As a result, I am now leaving the country without a phone for two weeks despite clearly communicating my deadline multiple times.
They dont have a single 13 pro in stock???
It is now the 28th and they still have not shipped my phone, useless company

Avoid selling to Swappie- Classic bait-and-switch
Avoid selling to Swappie. Classic bait-and-switch.
I sold them a brand new, factory-sealed iPhone 16. I asked upfront, in writing on WhatsApp, whether they buy new phones, and they confirmed yes but told me to ship it without the box or accessories. Based on their questions they quoted EUR 520. I trusted that and sent the phone in their own secured packaging.
The phone had never been powered on. I broke the seal only to place it into their package. There was no possible way for it to have a single scratch.
The moment they had it in their possession, the offer dropped to EUR 490, citing "scratches on the screen." On a device that was never even switched on, that is not credible, and I do not believe the photos they uploaded were of my phone. With my phone already in their hands and unboxed at their own instruction, I was left with no real option but to accept the reduced EUR 490. That is exactly the trap their process creates: once they hold your device, all the leverage is theirs.
I've since found many other sellers reporting the same lowball-after-receipt pattern. Get your quote honoured somewhere that can't quietly cut it after the fact.
EDIT- Response to Swappie's reply:
Your reply avoids the one fact that matters: the phone was factory-sealed and had never been powered on. The seal was broken only to place it into your packaging, on your instruction. A device that has never been switched on cannot have screen scratches, and the first power-on date is recorded and verifiable, so this isn't my word against yours.
You say I could have requested IMEI photos before accepting. But you only offer that "before a price offer is accepted or before the phone is returned," meaning after you already hold my device, at your instruction, out of its box. That is precisely the trap: once you have the phone, all the leverage is yours. Offering verification only at the point where I've lost all bargaining power isn't transparency.
I accepted the reduced €490 not because I agreed, but because I no longer trusted you, and I had every reason to fear that a "return" might come back in worse condition than the pristine, sealed phone I sent. That fear is the direct product of your process.
You've explained your policies. You haven't disputed the core facts. Brand new, sealed, never switched on, sent in your own packaging, downgraded for "scratches" the moment it was in your hands.
I sincerely urge anyone reading this not to trust this company. I'll be sharing my experience within my local network to help others avoid what happened to me.

Purchase of iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB
Decided to buy an iPhone 16 Pro 256 GB in "excellent" condition and a "standard" battery. My old Xiaomi Note 9 had become extremely slow and needed to be replaced as soon as possible. I wanted to buy a phone with a great camera, but didn't have a budget for a new iPhone. Swappie seemed like the best compromise in this situation. The new phone arrived safely in just 2 days after purchase! The phone had a couple of scratches on the side (matching the described condition), but everything else looked brand new. The phone responds fast, the battery lasts long, and the screen protector was professionally positioned. Overall, my experience with Swappie was excellent. I'm glad I didn't have to buy a new phone.

Fantastic service, very prompt delivery, very happy with my purchase and my experience with swappie
Disappointed
Disappointed. The phone's screen malfunctioned within the warranty period. I sent it back. It has taken them a month to send me a new phone (still waiting for it to arrive). Furthermore the phone I bought had an extra warranty that said "we are so sure this phone is great that we promise to buy it back from you". But when I suggested they should buy it back, they refused, saying that the buyback guarantee for Premium Series iPhones wasn't valid anymore for my phone because they had changed policies. My question is how something can be called a 'warranty' if you can suddenly just say it isn't valid?

My experience was the worst possible
My experience was the worst possible, I received an offer on my iPhone 13 Pro, always used with a cover and screen protection film, my device did not have any type of malfunction, I sent using the packaging provided by them to avoid breakdowns, I sent the phone still with a case and film, they sent me an e-mail saying that the offer on my device had changed and that the value was half the initial, my phone was damaged, the screen scratched and the housing scratched, I asked them to send me. the phone back, I have pictures and videos of my phone before it was sent and after I received it, I do NOT recommend it to anyone !!! I am seeking legal assistance regarding the case

Handy and helpful
The whole process was quick and easy. The price suggested (before I sent me phone in) was what I got. The service was excellent and the instructions were easy to follow. I will be using this again in the future.
