Regarding the return label, please note that it does not always display a physical delivery address; the barcode is the most important part. When the postal worker scans this barcode, all the necessary shipping information is automatically pulled up in their system.

You can proceed with sending your phone back using that label. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please write to us directly so we can help you right away.

We are very sorry to hear about the delivery issues you are experiencing. We want to assure you that we are always here to help when delivery problems occur, and we are certainly ready to conduct an investigation with the logistics provider. You will absolutely not be left without a resolution.

You reached out to us regarding the delayed delivery. We would like to explain that if a customer cannot receive or collect a package, it is returned to us, and we issue a refund.

We have already contacted the courier regarding the return of your package. Here is how the process works:

- If the package is lost: If the courier informs us that the package is definitively lost, we will issue a full refund right away.

- If the package is returned: If the package is processed for a return, we will issue the refund as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.

Unfortunately, we cannot process a refund while the package is still in transit or while its status remains undetermined by the logistics provider. As soon as the logistics provider gives us an update on your package, our support team will be sure to let you know immediately.

Unfortunately, we are unable to send out a replacement phone in advance. Our process requires us to receive, inspect, and register the original device at our facility before we can ship a replacement or perform a repair.

We would still love to make this right for you. Your phone is fully covered by our Swappie warranty, and we can have it repaired or replaced quickly. In this case, we would highly recommend trying a factory reset first. You can find step-by-step instructions on how to do this in our Help Center on our website. If the battery continues to behave the same way after the reset, it is very likely a technical issue. In that case, we will need to inspect and test the phone in our warehouse to resolve it. We completely understand that you need your phone for work and that being without it is difficult. Perhaps you might be able to find a temporary replacement device to use during the repair period. Please feel free to send your phone in for warranty service as soon as you have the opportunity.
