MAL FUNCTION SWAPA ZIP BOUGHT AT CYCLE EV MOBILITY QUINTIN DEN DIKKEN
Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased a Swapa Zip in February 2026, but this mini car/covered mobility scooter has defects. The seller CYCLE EV MOBILITY AMSTERDAM, mr. QUINTIN DEN DIKKEN, states that the problem/defect/mal function is a product characteristic and therefore cannot be repaired. The Certificate of Conformity (COC) number of this vehicle is: R35B8BAM4RS000180. I would like to ask you urgently but kindly if this is correct and if this is why every Swapa Zip starts to judder/shake when driving at a speed of approximately higher than 20 km per hour. I am an elderly woman with physical disabilities and do not feel safe driving the Swapa Zip covered mobility scooter. If this problem/defect/mal function is not a product characteristic but a manufacturing defect, could you explain to me which conditions apply so that the importer/distributor returns the product to the factory?
