We ordered customized swag boxes for our conference this month, and the entire experience, from initial design to final delivery, was fantastic. Our account manager, Charlie, was incredibly helpful in guiding us through product selection, and the whole team was very supportive throughout the design and shipping process.

The swag itself was excellent quality, and the designs turned out exactly like the mock-ups we approved. Everything looked professional and was packaged beautifully.

We’re extremely happy with how everything turned out. High-quality custom swag boxes are definitely the way to go, and we’ll absolutely be using them again for future conferences.

We ordered 40 VIP bags for our Light the Night for Darcie, Epidermolysis Bullosa gala in support of Debra UK. We were working closely with Charlie the entire time, and he was absolutely fantastic! Charlie kept us up to date on progress, sneak peaks of how the bags will look, and updated us when they came back from the printers. We are a very happy team, and will have very happy VIP guests too.
We will definitely be working with Swag-Box again for our future events, if they'll have us!
