I bought both sizes after my wife saw this on social media excited to try with our newborn. To say he hated it is an understatement. A calm happy baby would be sent into a spiral of screams every time we tried to use it. After a few weeks of trying we gave up. To add insult to injury the larger size which was not used was rejected for return because the resealable bag was opened to check sizing as it was not labeled on the outside of the bag. I would have been better off lighting a $100 bill on fire than trying this product and being duped by the return policy.

This is an amazing company. The product is hands down #1. I found these a few years ago, purchased one and have been hooked since. I don't have littles anymore but I've gifted these to every single one of my expecting mommas and they have loved it. I highly recommend buying one.

I purchase this swaddle because I saw all the videos and I thought my daughter would love it, she doesn’t completely love it and she doesn’t completely hate it. When we try to put her arms inside, she cries and cries, however will be just use it to cover her upper to her chest she’s fine and why I gave this a 3.5.

Worth the price. It saved us many many times when the crying just didn't stop. I absolutely recommend Swaddelini, I couldn't tell enough how thankful we are.

I’m not even sure how the product is but am giving 1 star based on customer service and return policy that is not clearly stated prior to purchase. I excitedly purchased a swaddelini after contemplating for months due to the price. But ultimately decided it would be a good investment, especially if it worked! When I recieved it in the mail I was sad to realize that the swaddelini I bought was pink and not white like I thought. I quickly emailed customer service and began the return process only to find out that they have very strict return policy which you have send a photo of the unopened product prior to even be long granted a return. You then have to pay for return shipping, I thought no big deal. But then was quoted $18 to ship! And there still isn’t even a garuntee that the refund would be approved. On a $40 swaddle I think it’s unreasonable to charge return shipping, especially when all I wanted to do was exchange for the white one.

If I could have give no stars I would have! I was so excited to receive this product for my 3 months old who we were trying to transition from a traditional swaddle due to showing signs of rolling over. I thought this would have been perfect. For starters when I ordered it I was given a 3 day timeframe to receive, which turned into over a week! When I finally did receive it, I liked the overall look and feel of it. However due to them only having two sizing options I was hesitant on if it would fit. It did, but was still too big on him. It didn’t give that tight compression that it claims it does. We spent the extra money and ordered the bamboo material and as soon as I put it on him I noticed that the top part of the material was pulling due to my dry and cracked fingers. So not impressed right away. I still tried it on him for the whole night. He didn’t sleep any better in this compared to not being swaddled at all. I decided I wanted to return this due to the reasons mentioned above. They have a NO RETURN policy if the package has been opened!! According to their one and only customer service rep, this is due to sanitation reasons? Are you kidding me?? He is a baby!! But not only that how are you supposed to know if a product is going to work if you don’t open it and try it. There customer service is terrible and not understanding of their consumers at all. They tried to tell me they are a small business who tries to make quality products. I asked for even a partial refund to mend the situation since I tried to support their SMALL BUSINESS! And nope, they won’t do it. But did tell me to re-gift it. What a joke!

This is the best product on the market. I want to purchase another one.

It is a must have for all parents

I ordered the product for my newborn.
Delivery was made two weeks later than it was supposed to be and I had to leave for overseas. When I said Product came in late I was told That I had to pay for the shipping cost like I was responsible for the problem.

(Once the product is received and reviewed, you will be refunded the amount you paid less the cost of shipping if the products pass the inspection.)

I endede up asking one of my family members to bring it for me to where I live while they are traveling.
Another thing is the material of this product is terrible and uncomfortable for a baby. I could not even use it 2 times since my baby felt extremely uncomfortable in it and cried badly.
Getting this thing on a baby is also a hassle and very annoying.
I do not recommend this product at all! instead anyone can use a cover to swaddle a baby with a cotton material and makes it so much better.
It just feels like a scam!!

I loved it so much I'm buying another one for my new baby that's due in February 2025

Ordered this product from Australia, unfortunately a day after I ordered this my baby started showing signs of rolling which means I can no longer use it. I emailed the company and apparently they do not do returns or exchange at all. I wish I knew this before buying this product but it doesn’t say anywhere that this is not available, this is ridiculous because it’s not a cheap product and for newly parents this is not a nice thing to do. It feels scamy and unfair. I just wanted to exchange it for a product that is actually safe for my baby to use.

I ordered a large and received a small not very happy and will not buy again.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! Got this for my niece and she absolutely loves it and it helps her calm down so much faster! 1000000000% recommend! It also helps make diaper changes soooooo much easier

Communication, the material is also so soft and my LO loves it.

i will never buy another swaddle. baby can’t wiggle our and is nice and snug/compressed like babies prefer.

The wrong size was sent

This swaddle works great for the babies who are masters at getting their arms out of the swaddle!! Expensive but so worth it. However, do keep in mind that the fabric on these is thick, it’s a sweater like spandex material, soft and comfy, but I think in the summertime it may be slightly too warm for these but for now it’s winter and they’re perfect!

The small Swaddelini that is supposed to be good for newborns is unsafe. The baby was able to turn over in his sleep. Additionally, this company won't refund the product and does not care about your satisfaction.

The product is well made, soft, and easy to use. Baby likes it and it’s easier than dealing with a swaddle blanket.

It did arrive with a bit of a scent to it so we had to wash it a couple times, but we would do that for any garment.

Overall highly recommend the product.
