Excellent service!

I had an excellent experience. Starting from the back and forth Emails describing my time piece, up to when I eventually popped into the boutique in Victoria! My initial contact Cy, who encouraged me to visit the boutique, was very professional and my eventual meeting with Kasia went very smoothly . She understood the sentiments and emotional connections I had with my timepiece owned for over 23 years..we bonded over the discussions and I registered about 40 minutes later. I felt good and confident that Suttons and Robertsons was a place I could trust with my prized belongings. I had so many questions and worries going in, but came out feeling confident and happy to have found the right place to secure a loan against my precious timepiece. I appreciate the experience very much. This is why I called it an excellent experience. Thanks!!

Offered between £1600-£2300 for a rolex, bare in mind a mint rolex that was recently serviced and overhauled, condition was excellent l, and they offered the £1600.. what a waste of time and a joke. Piss taking pawn broking at its finest.. bunch of clowns.

After much review and investigation I decided to visit Suttons and Robertsons in South Kensington. It was a great location and I was looking forward to seeing the store, meeting with the staff and seeing if it would be what I needed. I was so impressed with the location, kind and professional staff who immediately reassured you with the best advice and guidance they could provide with your products, very impressive. A fast personal and professional service from start to finish

The assistant manager Ruth greeted me as I walked in, and was very courteous and professional at all times. Most of all I felt safe entrusting her with my family’s jewellery. I thought the price she offered was very good and left feeling supported, and that the experience and result was a win win. A rare thing in today’s world. Highly recommend!

My experience with S&R began with efficient initial emails back and forth with Harvey online to confirm the ring was in the store and if resizing would be possible. Upon arrival in the Victoria store, we were greeted by Kerry who was warm, welcoming and very knowledgeable about the ring I wanted to purchase and the diamond market. She answered all questions we had with ease and had a very personable and friendly manner! The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish - highly recommend.
